I would love to get the chance to get to know you and your fur babies, please contact me if you are interested in any of my services. Thank you! I am currently going to school online, this makes my schedule very flexible for caring for your fur babies and their needs! I have open availability currently! About: I’ve been caring for pets since 2015, although I’ve always grown up around animals. What started as helping friends and family while they were out of town—sometimes for weeks or even months—quickly became something I truly enjoy and take pride in. I believe that building trust with both pets and their owners is key to providing the best care possible. Before any stay, I like to meet the pet and owner together to get familiar with their routine, any special activities they enjoy, and any health needs I should be aware of. This helps ensure a smooth transition and allows me to care for each pet as if they were my own I recently moved to Maine in May, and I am excited to make this my forever home. While I’m currently job searching, I’m fully available and would love to focus on pet sitting in the meantime. I have open availability and can be flexible with scheduling to meet your needs At our home, I have a spacious 1.1-acre property with a beautiful front yard, a peaceful pond, and a large backyard all of which are unfenced. Pet guests enjoy plenty of supervised outdoor time in these open areas. I always meet with the owner ahead of time to learn about the dog’s routine, preferences, and any special needs. From there, I create a care plan that helps your dog feel comfortable and keeps their routine consistent while they’re with me.

“Annie was fantastic! Winnie is not the easiest of dogs and Annie was gentle and patient with her. She found ways around things that Winnie doesn't enjoy, like being picked up, which is necessary because she can't do stairs.”

“Kelsey was SO friendly, and asks all the right questions. Her dog, Sapphire was so adorable as well, so our Daisy got to make a little friend. It was great being able to bring her somewhere we could trust she'd be safe and cared for! We will surely use Kelsey again in the future if we are in the area. Thank you again!!”

“Elizabeth amazing! Lots of pictures and great communication. You can tell she really loves caring for doggos and treated my little guy like he was her own. Pretty sure my dog was little sad to have to come back home to me. Ha! Will be using her again!”

“Molly is so sweet and kind it made leaving our baby a little easier. She was so understanding with our timeline changes and open to do whatever we need. She sent pictures and let me ask a million questions and it was peace of mind. I would 10/10 recommend Molly!!”

About: *Recently moved to Yarmouth, Maine and back on Rover - accepting new clients* 🐾 🐾 Rates 🐾 🐾 I am happy to travel but may need to add a mileage fee for bookings outside of my 15 minute radius. All rates are negotiable. *Boarding: I only host 1 family's pets at a time. This provides a safer environment for your pet and an "at home" feel with plenty of attention, especially for reactive or aging dogs. I don't use crates or kennels but if you want to bring yours along that is fine, I also have 1 medium sized crate on hand if needed. I have a very clean home and welcome pets to feel comfortable if they would like to snooze on the sofas, bed, and we have a secure fenced in yard, but I do not leave dogs unattended in the yard. I usually take my dog to the local dog parks and nature trails and would bring yours along too. 🐾 🐾 Basic Info 🐾 🐾 I am an EMT, certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. For the past 25 years, I have been an animal caretaker. My favorite part is getting to know all of the different breeds and personalities. Your pets will be treated with love, and be as comfortable in my home as yours. I always send lots of photos at the end of each day. 🐾 🐾 My daily schedule 🐾 🐾 I work from home as a university professor. My position is remote, so I am able to work anywhere with a wifi connection. I work for rover occasionally and my schedule is typically super organized and flexible. We do at least 2 active hours per day- and we try to squeeze in as many hikes as possible. My boyfriend is also very helpful with the dogs- if they are up for it, he will take them jogging every night.

About: I love pooches of all kinds, but have a special affinity for Boxers and Staffordshire Terriers and other short-haired dogs of their ilk. I grew up with dogs and owned two boxers for much of my adult life. Now that my last boxer has passed, I need to get all my dog love by taking care of yours! I live in the West End of Portland and prefer to work nearby, but can travel for the right friends. I work part-time so have some extra hours to give to walking and loving other peoples best friends. I don't have any pet of my own right now, so I really appreciate loving others. I used to have pets, but these days, we spend all of our homecare on our three-year-old human child, who is more than enough :-p

About: I have had dogs and cats most of my adult life. I truly love the bond between a pet and caregiver. I’m a true believer that pets are family and should be treated as such. I’m physically active and enjoy the outdoors. Experienced in basic care and needs of dogs and cats I work part time, and I am very flexible with my schedule. I would be open to overnights possibly depending on the length of time. I be would prefer to care for your pet in your home. I have a cat and it’s better for me to come to your home.

About: I have had pets my whole life, ranging from cats and dogs to birds and lizards. Ive always had an affinity for animals, especially dogs, and would do anything I could for them. I understand that everyone has there own way of training and caring for there lovely pet and I would be more than happy to work with an owner to provide custom care for each new friend. I currently have a job during the day, however I am generally done at 2 and would love to provide care any time I can! I live right between two parks and frequently go spend time outside, especially at the beach once all the dogs are allowed. I hope to be able to spend more time with your pet soon! Im currently looking to make pet care a big part of my life. I have a passion for gardening and art as well, however Ive always connected so easily with pets and would love to make it a career I have a small house so the majority of the time with a dog would be spent outside playing. I have a nice little yard and live close to an awesome dog park and many lovely walking areas

Dani B.

“I hired Danielle to visit my home 2x per week and care for my silky terrier with special medication needs in my home. I loved that she would send me lots of photos and walks with her dog helped to exercise my dog (who isn't very "outdoorsy" so I really appreciated the nice nature trails she got to experience with Xena!). Not only was Danielle great with my dog, but she also tidied up my house with light errands. Danielle was always reliable- even at the last minute. We are sad that Danielle has moved out of state and are happy to recommend her to anyone.”

Julie B.
“Julie grew up with animals all around her including horses, goats, and certainly dogs. She enjoys playing with dogs whether it is by tossing a toy to be chased/fetched or wrestling and chasing dogs directly. If I were a current dog owner I'm not sure who I would rather have look after my fuzzy friend in my absence.”

Sarah S.

“Sarah was wonderful. She also gave us free advice on touring and vacationing in the area. Teddy had a great time and was cared for well.”

Carolyn B.
“Thanks Carolyn !! Franklin the cat loves the way you take care of him !! Appreciate your time while we get away ! Thank You !!”

Cali E.
“I have seen Cali’s connection with animals first hand. My cats absolutely adore her and my brothers dog is infatuated. The attention and care she shows to animals is clear to them, making them instant friends. She doesn’t just make sure your dog gets fed and walked, she gives them all the playtime and attention they need!”
