About: I have worked as a pet boarder and sitter on Rover for about a year. Having previously worked as a certified nursing assistant, I have experience as a caregiver, and one of my greatest passions is caring for pets. Dogs and cats are members of a family, and it is so important to care for them as you would any other family member. I have several years of experience boarding dogs for their owners when they have been on vacation, and have also cared for my own animals throughout my whole life. I also have experience as an animal transporter for West Hancock canine rescue, in which I would work with a team to take dogs and cats from high kill shelters to foster homes or rescues. I also have a wonderful dog I rescued, Ollie, who is friendly and likes to play with other dogs at times. I’m working part-time so have time to play with pups! And our family loves animals, so it’s a great fit for us to pet sit, and we like providing a home environment for owners who need to travel. For owners who allow their dogs to visit Lakewood Dog Park’s expansive exercise area, I monitor those dogs while they run and play off leash under my constant supervision. While indoors, I follow the rules that my pet owners prefer whether it be cuddling on furniture and slumbering in bed with me or crating them within their cozy caves with their favorite snuggle toy. About: I am fun, patient, caring, reliable and accommodating. I am currently owned by an 11 year old Sheltie and 7 year old Schnorkie who I love to walk, run, cuddle and play with. I have experience with dog-sitting and have cared for puppies, senior dogs (with health concerns needing medication) and other animals as well. I would love to meet your pup(s) and care for them as if they were my own:) I potty trained both of my dogs, so I am not afraid to take on the challenge of a puppy! About: I have owned dogs sense I was I’d say 6, once I turned 10 I started offering family and friends to watch their animals, which included feeding, playing with, walking, bathing, grooming. I am currently not working, I am currently enrolled in online classes to become a horse trainer, so I am open pretty much always sense all my classes are set paced I don’t offer in home services but I do have a dog of my own you can request that I bring him over to play, he is house trained, but is afraid of big dogs so small dog owners only! I worked for a dog day care company so I have a wide variety of experience with dogs all ages and sizes, as well as basic training in dog first aid.
