“Where do I start 😀 Rod did 2 meet and greets prior to my leaving for vacation which made me know he wanted to be right on spot double checking responsibilities for Kacey Mocha, and to get to know her disposition. Not only was he the kindest, most respectful and responsible petsitter for Kacey, he helped me with support as this was my first time being separated from her and I was quite nervous/sad. Daily texts and photos, face time, and coming home to a very clean house was a bonus! The most important thing is- Rod gave 100% attention and care to Kacey Mocha and expressed how much fun he had with her. And my stepdad would visit Kacey Mocha a couple times while Rod was here and he called me to tell me what an enjoyable time he had talking with Rod while they played with her and I had nothing to worry about with Rod caring for her. Thank you Rod so very much!”

IMPORTANT: We do ask that if your dog has issues going to the bathroom in the house, that you be very honest about this and bring a crate for your pet, for moments we aren't home and for evenings. About: One of my greatest joys is seeing happy dogs with big smiles and full body wags. I understand the stress and anxiety that comes with leaving your fur babies at home while being away and I would love to be there comfort while you are gone!! I have experience with all different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and ages! I have had my own dogs from the beginning fun puppy stages, to the softness of there senior years, and held them in my arms on their final journey. I am more than capable of giving liquid or oral medication, following special dietary needs, or noticing any pain/ discomfort your fur babies need. I also have experience with giving shots, ear and eye drops, wound care, and mobility help as I have had special needs dogs. I’m currently full time pet care, and house sitting. My schedule is readily available and completely open to assist with overnight stays, walking, hiking, playing, and cuddles! I will follow any specific directives given, as I know the stress and heartache of being separated from each other. I understand the importance of routine in an animals life. Currently I have two fur babies and know structure and consistency is key. As well as an abundance of love and quality time with each other. About: I have taken care of pets my whole life and have house sat for pets of all types in my neighborhood, I love taking pets on walks and visiting dog parks. I am currently a college student that is free during the summer besides having online classes. I go to the gym in the morning but otherwise am quite free, just tending to my apartment. I have had multiple cats and dogs in the past and have volunteered at animal shelters so have a ton of knowledge on proper care for animals. I am also great at following instructions.

About: I have grown up with animals my whole life—from horses to guinea pigs and every animal in between—and I truly love them all. About: I have experience with just about every type of pet regardless of age. I have experience with kittens and puppies as well as rescues with high care needs as well as their medication schedules. I began pet sitting when I was very young and have always loved it. I have special experience with caring for dogs with trauma and special situations. It is my privilege to meet those needs. I am available every weekday before 8:45 and every weeknight after 5pm. On weekends I have full day availability on Saturday and Sunday. Currently I am a happy lover of my two dogs and cats at home and my cat Tonka Truck. I usually begin my day with feeding and letting them out and repeat that after shifts. Apart from the usual litter box changes and feeding, it’s necessary to give my older dog medication in the middle of the day. These routines fit well in my life. I care for pets with a high degree of input from clients. While I do have a lot of experience with pet care, it is ultimately your baby and you know your pet best. Any suggestions, rules, and schedules are my privilege to abide by. I cannot care for pets in my own home due to the trauma needs of my own pets, but I am very conscious of house preferences and pet needs in clients’ homes. I am flexible with play schedules and meal times and have become efficient at administering medication from experience with my own dogs. I am also able to meet any sanitation and safety preferences during this time.

About: My name is Paige and I am currently working at a local dog daycare where I have been employed since February 2017. I also work at a local boarding kennel and am a dog trainer there. I’ve worked there since January 2022. My dogs and I compete in dog sports (dock diving, disc, etc) as much as we can! I have even gotten some clients into it. I went to college for a year in Florida (Lynn University) and studied biology, taking part in their animal welfare club and the zoological society. I have my associate in arts from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. I have a certificate in Dog Emotion and Cognition from Duke University. I also have a certificate of attendance for a canine fitness workshop hosted by Elite K9/Northeast K9/Colorado State University Pueblo. My schedule varies throughout the week as I work a full time job and teach training classes. Please reach out to me about my schedule to accommodate pick up/drop off. I have several personal dogs, so safety is first and foremost for me. I frequently have at least two client dogs staying with me. I utilize crates, baby gates, and x-pens to ensure safety. We live on an acre and it is completely fenced in. If you are looking for a place to board your pup, but want a more intimate and home-like setting, look no further! Rest assured that your dog will be physically and mentally stimulated daily. Dogs are kept in 4’ x 4.5’ x 4.5’ runs with access to water 24/7. All runs include stall mats and/or Kuranda dog beds (cots)- which are great for the older guys and gals! Your dog will be let out at least 3x daily for a minimum of 30 minutes each time for potty breaks. Several hours are spent outside daily for group play if your dog tolerates it. Yard time includes anything and everything your pet loves to do: sniffing, exploring, fetch, pool time, basking in the sun, and playing with other pups (if they are ok with others!). Benebones are included with each run! Blankets/beds/toys are welcomed if your dog is not a chewer or shredder. Otherwise I provide dog-safe bedding. When dogs are not playing, they are resting in their 4.5 x 4.5ft x 4.5ft kennels with comfy raised cot beds (stall mats also available). Due to the large amount of dogs I have here (including my own), this is crucial for their safety and provides structure for all. I currently work split shifts between the daycare, boarding & training, which allows me to be home at random hours of the day to let dogs out. Quieter than a boarding kennel!!! And daycare included! Dogs are kept in spacious kennel runs with their very own comfy beds (personal stuff encouraged if not a shredder!) if they are not outside running around being crazy dogs. My yard is completely fenced.
