About: I grew up with cats, dogs, and fish in our home. I got my own puppy when I was 24. He was my baby until he passed away at 12 years old. I believe pets are family and should be treated that way. I especially love taking dogs on long walks or playing fetch until they’re worn out. I’m a stay at home mom/housewife so I have flexibility in my schedule during the week M-F. I can make most drop-in requests work. I prefer to care for dogs in your home. She played fetch with them and did a great job sticking to their schedule even if it meant getting up at 4am when our older dog needed to potty. She paid attention to all the little details we talked about with their care instructions during the meet and greet. She was flexible with the stay as our travels home ended up taking us less time to travel back home. The house was the way we left it when we got home. About: I've had animals my whole life and currently have 3 dogs (2 huskies & a cattle dog, pit mix). I've had dogs, cats, a ferret, and some rodents growing up. I've always had a love for animals and have researched multiple animal topics on my own for many years! I worked in a vet office in the kennel for 2 years and have experience on the medical side. I trained my youngest husky all on my own, including kennel training, potty training, and obedience training, and grooming assistance. While I still have a full-time job until I get established I'll only be available in the evenings/nights for walks and overnights as I work 8-hour shifts at a time. Once I get established I will be available any time of day and any day of the week, except for maybe 1 or 2 hours on Wednesdays. I care for all animals as if they were my own. I always leave it how it was when I got there, if not better. I do my best to keep them in the same routine their owners have them in. I don't mind helping with other small tasks on the side for an extra fee.
