I currently work full time from home but I’m very active so I keep my dog active with me. We are up at 5am everyday going for runs/walks. On breaks we always get outside to enjoy the weather and allow him to use the bathroom if needed. After work if I’m not busy I love to take him to the dog park or on another walk around the neighborhood. So I’m available every weekday from 5am-8am and after work from 6pm-9pm I have a big open yard that I have an electric fence for my dog to go out as he needs with or without me. When leaving the yard he gets his harness put on and a leash with poop bags. We walk on the sidewalk at all times. We stop and sit before looking to see if we can cross the road.

My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness. It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm and summer months off. I am currently a part time Binghamton University graduate student studying for a masters degree in early childhood special education. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away to ease your anxiety. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white pitbull fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. She stays at home with her other best friend, my significant other while I’m away. If your dog isn't dog friendly I would be happy to keep them separate and comfortable! I have a fence for the dogs to run around and play. I also have ties outs for the dogs as well. We live in a wooded neighborhood on a dirt road that is super quiet!
