About: This is from a few years ago now, but everything still applies! I’ve been doing Rover for about 6 years, and watching people’s pets for over 10 years now. Hey there! My name is Abby, I am 30-years young and I absolutely adore all animals!!! My father is a self- proclaimed dog whisperer that is amazing with pets, and he taught me how to safely and successfully interact with dogs at a young age. Since I was a wee one, I have always had a natural ability with pets; they generally tend to be fond of me, dogs especially. I have had ample practice and training, with a wide variety of dogs over that past few years. I have been watching pets for eight years now! From the ages 22 -26, I worked at a school for at-risk girls. There all the faculty members seemed to have pets, and take all these trips! No one there had a reliable pet-sitter, for when they were out of town, so those families were forced to board their pets. So I’m talking to the school nurse one day, she’s newly single & has finished plans to start traveling the world. But she owns Harley, the yellow lab, who has recently aged immensely and is no longer well when boarded anymore. And There I was waiting & beyond ready to start my side-business as a dog-sitter. Harley, became my first client and more so my buddy, I watched him for 1 to 2 week periods, frequently, over the next 3 years. Then, the other staff members began to use my services, also. I had around 5-6 dogs that I would take care of on a regular basis. Whether that meant staying with them at their house, walking them multiple times a day, playing, and anything else that needed to be done! I have been doing Rover for almost two years, now, and am extremely confident in my skills! I look forward to any and all new clients. Feel free to ask me any questions and concerns any time! I currently work PRN as a CNA, which means I pick up shifts when I want to work. This allows me to be able to work around that schedule easily. I care for pets as if they were my own fur baby. I follow common safety practices while caring for animals- keeping them on leash, avoiding other pets during walks, etc. I am extremely vigilant of my surroundings at all times and try to prevent anything bad from happening by using my intuition and common sense.

About: I have never been without a pet or multiple pets, mostly cats and dogs. I believe Pets are family members. I have cared for pets ages birth to 17 years old since childhood. I have two dogs of my own and one granddog I work from my phone/computer full-time scheduling clients. I am able to care for Pets in my home or yours around the clock. I also have the freedom to come and go as needed for pet walking and/or potty breaks. I live in a safe neighborhood with a decent sized yard. I never let Pets go out without being on a leash or tie out. I have a small, older Westie and a 2 year old mini golden doodle that love other animals.

About: I am currently a part time Massage Therapist, but during school, my full time job was at a dog daycare in Scottsdale, so I got to work with dogs on a regular basis! Nowadays, I take my little sidekick Beetlejuice with me almost everywhere. I firmly believe that our pets always improve our quality of life. They've most definitely always improved mine. After growing up on a farm full of animals, homes without furry companions seem to be lacking something to me. I think everyone should be able to have pet-friend, (or a few of them!) and shouldn't need to worry about needing a little extra help with giving them the best care possible. I have lots of availability to help out with walks, feeding, or just a hearty belly rub, if that's what you need! I am also comfortable with medically fragile pets, as I have personal experience with them. My sweet dog Majik, who I sadly a couple years ago, had Addison's disease. So, I have no problem giving any medications, if need be. I have quite the soft spot for the older pooches, also! I'm currently in an online class and only work occasionally, so I have a lot of free time to devote to your pets. I love to go on drives and hikes around the area, and I'm always happy to have another sidekick! I have a fenced yard and a big comfy couch. Beetlejuice, my dog, is obsessed with toys, so we have a ton of those as well. Bernie isn't much of a player, but he is a masterful napper.

About: Hello. I'm a RN who works night shift. I enjoy caring for people and animals. I've had dogs and cats all my life. Im patient and enjoy training my dog Sadie. She is a wild mix breed with a lot of energy. I've also taught my cats to have manners as well. Let me know if I can be any help to you and your fur babies. I work three nights a week as an RN Sunday Monday and Tuesday. I am available to most days except Mondays and Tuesdays from 8-4 My husband and I care for our dog and three cats. The cats have free roam over the house and are fed wet and dry food. Our dog has her own dog room that was an add on to our home where she stays at night. During the day she is with us around the house or outside in the yard and stays within the boundary of her E fence. She is fed nightly at the same time because I believe routine is the best for dogs.

Let me know if you’d like your dog to become my new sidekick I’m available most days and would love to help keep your dog happy and healthy. I can assure you your dog will get plenty of exercise and playtime. Never worry about leaving them home alone ever again 💕 I would be available weekdays after 5pm for walks or check ins and at anytime on weekends. Park playtimes are also available if requested in advance. Your pet would be cared for as if they were my own. When house sitting I would make sure they have all needs met and are being stimulated through playtime, cuddles and any training practices you are doing.

About: I have had many animals in the past and to me they have always been family so whether it's my own animal or yours I will love it and treat it as my own. I am looking for experience and people willing to allow me to work with their animals, because eventually I am wanting to open my own rescue or shelter.
