I also have experience administering insulin injections to cats, so I am comfortable providing extra care for pets with special medical needs. Having been retired for two years, I have the flexibility to spend quality time caring for your furry family members! I am happy to work with your schedule and accommodate your pets’ needs whenever possible. I prefer going to the client’s home, as I feel it is a more comfortable setting for both me and your pet. For dog sitting, my home does not have a fenced-in yard, so I would need to keep them on a leash when outside. That being said, I am happy to host pets at my home for shorter periods of time if needed. About: I've been petsitting on and off ever since I was 10 years old. I have a wide range of experience with dogs, from Pugs to Great Danes. I am comfortable administering medication and have done so with many of my clients. I am able to handle a wide range of temperaments, from shy rescue dogs to boisterous puppies. I also love doggy cuddles and truly enjoy taking care of animals! I am currently a full-time student in Lynchburg, so I will only be available for pet-sitting in this area until May. I am absolutely willing to work with each client based on their specific needs to set a schedule that works best for everyone! Because I am only offering dog walking and drop-by services, it completely depends on your house and what care you typically provide for your pets! I typically do work first then play, so I will focus on making sure your pet's needs are met before we cuddle and play.
