“Ben was great. He came over a couple weeks before our trip for a meet and greet with our dog Bodie. We felt immediately at ease. We received photos and updates throughout our vacation confirming Ben’s dedication and kind care. We highly recommend Ben and look forward to having him come back again.”

“Suzuko checked in on Burg while I was out of town for a few days. She gave updates daily and updated me if there were any problems. She’s super reliable and I’d definitely recommend her to others. I definitely plan to book her in the future.”

“Mariah was awesome! Just what we needed when we needed it. It was a last minute emergency situation and she met up prior to make sure we were both comfortable. She took great care or our dog and provided updates without even asking. Will definitely request her services again. 😊”

“She did a great job. She provide regular updates on request. There was a small mixup where I came home before the booking was complete and I thought I explained, but even today I see that I booked from the 25 to 28th. When I flew out on the the 25th and flew back on the 27th. So that was on me. She was kind to Thanos, coming home he appeared to be calm, well fed, he didn't make any mess in our place. She stayed there and it wasn't messy, nothing damaged. Thanos was a happy boy and the space was taken care of. I really appreciate Stacy taking care of our baby.”

About: Guaranteeing love, attention, and compassion when you need to step away from home regardless for length of time or reason. I am highly dedicated to my families and their furry family members. I add a touch of difference with the care I provide to all of the animals I work with in that I treat each one individually and never work in a "cookie cutter" approach. I started working with and training animals (horses and dogs) at the age of fifteen. Throughout the years, my interest and passion with animals grew, as well as my experience. I currently have two dogs, a german shepherd and a very entertaining rescue mix. With my german shepherd, we are a K9 team with a search and rescue organization where we are called upon by law enforcement only for people who go lost or missing throught the upper Midwest. I still currently train dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments, in addition to training service dogs through an individually owned local business. Due to my long-term experience, I am able to adapt to your pets' individual needs with age, both young and old. I am trained in pet first-aid and CPR, and I am comfortable with any prescribed medical care needs you may have necessary for them. I truly enjoy building a sincere bond and connection with each family I encounter so that when they step away, they can feel at ease and enjoy their time without distress or worry. Topnotch care is my priority! I have decided after many years of working in family care industries, that my remaining years, I want to follow what was my childhood dream. Working with animals, yet still getting to keep my other passion, family care. I couldn't ask for a better combination. With my many years of experience, I always adapt my care to each of my pets needs. As I previously had mentioned I don't believe in "cookie cutter care" approach. I tailor my care to each pets individual needs and concerns.
“Vanessa was a life saver! She was able to watch my pets last minute. She provided updates regularly and was transparent. Very respectful and left my home and pets in great order. I would love to have her watch my pets anytime. Thank you so much!”

“Marissa is wonderful! She communicates well, my dogs love her, and my house was tidier than I left it. She vacuumed for me! I am very impressed and have already booked her for another stay.”

About: While I don’t have official experience, I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life and I would watch my neighbors dogs when they went out of town. I’d love to spend some time with your pets this summer! I’m a recent college grad looking for some short term work for the summer before moving in August for my post-grad job. I’m available to drop in and walk your pets or spend a bit more time with them while you take a break! Happy to stay with your pets all night or just drop by for a walk mid-day! I’ll follow you and your pets lead on how far to go, how long to play, and what to do!
About: I have owned several dogs of various sizes that I have cared for. I am a responsible person that is always punctual, and I get my work done as expected. I tend to prefer larger dogs, but small dogs are not an issue. Dogs with minor medical needs are not an issue either as I have watched my step sisters dog before while she was on vacation, and her dog requires seizure medication twice daily. I also have much experience with cats. Cats are fairly easy to handle, and I have been with cats of various attitudes, from occasionally hostile to extremely friendly. There is no job that is too much to handle. I am willing to put my best effort into taking care of your furry friends. I work quite a bit, but I will always make time for your furry friends. If it’s booked enough in advance, I’m able to adjust my work schedule to meet your pets needs. I treat all pets with respect. It is their home, not mine, and I treat them as if they were my child. They get the best care and lots of love. I respect animals boundaries just as I would expect a person to respect my own.
“Crystal took such wonderful care of my 2 babies (cats) and provided lots of pics and video clips. I liked knowing that my fur kids were in good hands while I was away. Will definitely book again with Crystal and highly recommend her services!”

About: I've taken care of, trained and loved animals since I was little. Growing up that infatuation grew into a dream to have my own kennel and business. Now I own and operate Pawsitive Journey, so in a way uou could say that dream has turned into a reality. I'm experienced with a wide variety of behaved dogs, puppies and more. Don't be afraid to reach out. When your fur babies are in my care, they will be treated and cared for as family. I'm currently self-employed through Pawsitive Journey, so I will have plenty of time to provide your pet with the care, attention, and playtime you want and expect. About: I have experience taking care of both dogs and cats from two different boarding facilities, one larger and one smaller, personalized facility! I currently work as a groomer. In addition, I have both volunteered time at the local senior dog rescue, Grey Face 🤍 while also fostering multiple dogs over time. I work with dogs on a daily basis all ranging from walks, training exercises, enrichment, grooming and nail maintenance, etc.. Please ask about any services I may be able to provide! My personal dog is the contributor to much of my experience as well. I have knowledge in training behaviorally challenged dogs with behaviors specifically focused on separation anxiety, human reactivity, bite risk/management, dog reactivity, and basic fear and anxiety in dogs. To me, a happy dog is one not only one that can play to their hearts content but one that also is allowed the time for mental enrichment through interactive toys, positive reinforcement training, routines, satisfying walks, and through games involving food and treats all of which I have learned through my own research and enrollment in online instructions. I would be happy to care for your pets and provide them with the most enriching time possible. Pet care is my daily and weekly routine! My schedule is flexible and ever changing- so, I can always check my availability and work to make your pet fit into my schedule if possible! I personally have a fenced in backyard; however, I have experience walking multiple dogs at a time and handling dogs safely in open environments. I make intentional points to always be attentive to dogs regardless if they are fenced in or not. When I am caring for someone else’s dog, or my own, I make sure their safety is guaranteed. This is a skill I have sharpened since owning a fear reactive dog and caring for multiple dogs on a daily basis.

Five Points pet parents share their Rover experiences
Mariah far exceeded our expectations as a pet sitter. The dogs absolutely loved her, and it was clear they were happy and well cared for the entire time. She kept our house clean, communicated consistently, and sent us pictures of the dogs every single day—which we truly appreciated. We had complete peace of mind while we were away. I highly recommend Mariah and would absolutely use her again.

Julianna was wonderful to work with from the first time I reached out to her. She is very responsible and caring and took great care of our dog, even getting her comfortable to hang out with her, which she is usually hesitant to do. We appreciated her so much and hope to use her services again in the future.
