I loved the pictures she sent during the day, you could feel her love for animals. Lola really adapted so fast! She had activity, relaxing time and lots of love too. It's a family home and the family is involved in the care. Her son played with Addie while we talked - Addie lived him. We boarded her for 2 nights. Received pictures and Addie was set fo hime when I arrived for pick up.”

My dog Jake has spent numerous weekends with Steven and comes back happy, healthy and secure. And anytime I drive him over to Steven’s neighborhood, he gets so excited. Clearly there is good stuff going on here! (Never an issue of any sort except that Steven is popular with dog owners, so reserve early…)”

She was kept safe, had things to play with and was allowed to be her playful self. We were initially worried about leaving her with strangers since she is so young but we were assured that she would be well cared for and loved like we do. It seems the promise was kept. We were sent pictures and updates each day for the two days we had to leave her because of a family death out of town. We love her so much and will not leave her again for a very long time. But if we ever need to leave her again, we would leave her in Umaira's care. I would recommend this animal caregiver to anyone who needs a sitter.”

Leaving our two boys with Lora was our first Rover experience. To say we were pleased would be an understatement! Lora was wonderful at communicating before we dropped off the boys as well as while we were on our trip! We received daily photos/videos of the dogs with updates on their daily shenanigans. It’s always a challenge to find someone who will take care of your pets when you travel, and we would definitely choose to leave Tucker and Felix with Lora again!! So grateful we found her!
Jena is the best. this was the first day that we left for Little Cleo somebody's hands. It was a wonderful experience for her and for us. We left there secure and in peace. I was going to surgery on I needed Jenna to take care of Cleo. She had to stay an extra day because of the surgery and it was wonderful thank you Jena
