About: I'm capable of administering medications including shots if needed. I had a cat that had diabetes and he had to have shots 2 X per day. I've owned dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and horses. I know how hard it is to find good care where you can go on your trips and feel comfortable that your furbabies are taken care of. I'm trustworthy and will take care of your pets as if they were my own. I'm happily retired and looking for something to do that will bring me joy and help out pet owners. My availability is open for all days and nights. I will take as good of care of them as I have taken care of my own. I love animals of all kinds and look forward to being able to care for them in their own space where they are most comfortable as needed.

About: I've been a pet/house sitter for about 10 years, I started when I was a teenager helping my family friends and neighbors to now as an adult. I've grown up my whole life surrounded by animals and I couldn't imagine it any other way. Love connecting with the pets and fellow animal lovers! I've started doing my sitting job full time so I'm available for more attentive care and easy contacting. I do house sit as well if you'd like me to stay with your pet overnight for a peace of mind and comfort of the animals. I try to not to overlap my jobs so that I can give each person and their pets my full attention and presence. I always bring treats with me as a peace offering to show the animals some trust in me, keeping very aware of their boundaries and environment. Taking any necessary walks or have play time to keep their energy and spirits up. Also, I always try to keep everything as you left it. I always clean up after myself and the animals if needed, I'm consistent with any schedule given, and I also give frequent updates including pictures of your pets so you know they're doing good!

“Chelsea is great! She responds quickly, shows up on time, is flexible, and has worked with me to address my dog’s needs. My dog takes a while to warm up to people, but she felt comfortable with Chelsea almost immediately and I did as well. If you are in the Jackson area I highly recommend Chelsea as a dog walker.”

This leaves me with time to hang out with some pets:) I am available all day Tuesday and Wednesdays, morning and evenings, and I can arrange too check in on/walk your pup on my lunches. When going on walks, I make sure that the collar/harness is properly fitted so they cannot slip out of it, but also that it isn’t too tight. I always bring water to keep my furry friend hydrated and a treat for afterwards:)

I have experience in taking care of cats, dogs and elders! I’m currently working for Rover part time. I will have lots of time to love and care for your pets! I am available on weekends for boarding and weekdays before 5. I have cared for my giant dog for the past 7 years. If directed I can help with other farm projects. I am looking to take on as many hours as possible! I am currently in college, but only have classes Monday and Wednesday and can work around my school schedule. I am unable to bring pets home due to having my own cat and living in an apartment with a single pet deposit! But I am just fine coming to you! I offer dog walking, some behavioral training while pet sitting/walking, in home pet sitting, and I can do small cleaning projects for a minimal extra charge. I am gentle with the animals and can do grooming such as brushing and can try nail clipping if your pets allow it!

About: Owner Away? I’ll Sit and Stay. I am willing to take care of your dog at my house or yours and have been an avid lover of our furry friends for as long as I can remember. Besides caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish and gerbils of my own in the past, I have been declared the animal whisperer in my family. I am currently a third-year student studying to create prosthetics for animals at Cal Poly University and volunteer with Guide Dogs for the Blind as well as two other organizations that foster and rehouse animals to their furrrever homes. I would love nothing more than the opportunity to meet with you and your pet to give them the best level of care while you're away and to help you feel confident in trusting to leave your fur baby with me. I am currently taking this quarter off of school to focus on work and so I have quite a bit of free time as my job only requires that I work from home. That being said, whatever availability is required to fit your needs, that is a department I am more than flexible to appease. Ideally, I would like to offer care in the client's home, whether that be pet/house sitting or just walking the dog. In that situation, I would be more than happy to take care of upkeeping the household if need be (i.e. water plants, take out the trash, pick up the mail, etc.) I live in an apartment complex where smaller animals are allowed so depending on the client's case, I can try to accommodate housing arrangements in my home instead.

Your dog(s) will never be alone. We can accommodate your dog's needs to match their daily routine. At our home, the safety of your dog is our main concern and we take it very seriously. We have taken measures to ensure the security of our premises, such as having security cameras and an iron gate with rebar to prevent any potential escapes. Additionally, we have installed Coyote Rollers to deter climbers or jumpers. Fire safety is also a priority, with four fire exits, mounted fire extinguishers, and a 3-way safety exit plan. All doors and windows are equipped with an alarm system and there is a perimeter alarm in place. All of our guests are kept indoors situated in our home at nighttime in a dog-friendly sleeping area that includes suitable lighting and temperature control. The kennels are escape-proof for your dog's safety with cozy bedding and overlays. They are also optional. If you prefer your dog not to be crated during the night, they can sleep indoors wherever they prefer. In our backyard, we have a spacious fenced area with various activities to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. They are free to come inside whenever they please. We grow and make our own food on-site, resulting in delicious aromas that dogs (and humans) find comforting. When hosting multiple dogs, we carefully evaluate each one based on the information you provide us and observe their play styles to ensure compatibility. Dogs are grouped according to size and temperament, and always separated during mealtimes. We do not use any kind of punishment for any dog, for any reason, whatsoever, period. If we observe unwanted behavior, we simply redirect them using positive reinforcement or simply separate them if necessary. If we feel that any unwanted behavior may compromise the safety of another dog, we will have to keep them separated for the entirety of their stay. Our environment is designed to provide maximum comfort for your dog during their stay with us. Our priority is to provide the upmost safety. Our goal is to provide your dog with excellent care. Our motive is to do what we love, and what we love is to care for your dog(s)!
