About: I’ve loved and taken care of animals since I was a kid. My family used to call me the dog whisperer because I was the family and friend pet sitter. I have some training experience from my own pets and those of my family. I am a firm believer that a pet is truly a part of the family and should be treated as such! I work from home and can house dogs during the day. I love taking walks in the mornings and evenings and bringing a furry friend along sounds like such a treat! Weekend hikes are also more enjoyable with company! My dog is like my child. She gets love and affection all throughout the day and as often as I can afford. I also have a large fenced in yard that my pup loves to run in all the time. I do my best to keep my pup happy and healthy. I want her to live a long and happy life.

I have two dogs of my own and they bring so much joy and happiness into my life and home. I enjoy walking in the city with my dogs, and meeting other dogs at the park. My dogs and I also enjoy hiking in Forest Park, and going for runs on the waterfront. I also have 2 daughters who have learned to love dogs just like their mom! We often joke that we should move to a farm and become professional dog rescuers! I would like to get to know your dog and spend some quality time exercising with him/her. Life is just better with dogs around! I am a work from home mom with two dogs of my own. They love the company and we have a very large back yard where I will be sure to play and always supervise your pups! Most days my guest dogs are following me around the house. But if not I'm sure to stay with in ear shot of your dog and and check in in 10 min increments if he/she is laying in another room. There are two dog crates in my home if dogs need to be separated for a few min. There is very little to chew on and swallow in my house and the yard is always kept clean! I will never give your dog a treat you didn't bring or a chew I didn't get your permission to give.
About: I have had a large variety of pets over my life and my best friends are always four legged! My friends call me the dog whisperer because I always interact with dogs in a more personal way than most people will. I am moving across the country soon and have already finished working here so I am at the house full time. I have a good sized fenced in yard with one small friendly dog and one large friendly dog who are both crate trained and are fine to relax in there if your fur guest would prefer that for their stay. I feel incredibly lucky to have chosen Daphne as my cat sitter and I will certainly be a repeat customer! I moved to CDA one year ago and have not taken a trip until now. I have been afraid to leave my three special cats as they are old and very needy and very sensitive, but this trip was necessary. Daphne completed all of her visits flawlessly and followed all instructions (all three cats have different foods and needs). She even made friends with my extremely shy scaredy cat (most of my house guests never even get a glimpse of her). She took time to get hands on with them and reassure them that they were not abandoned. I am extremely grateful for her competence and compassion.
