I currently work part-time in the morning only M-F, so I have plenty of time to pet sit in your home as well as have lots of time during the day to exercise them, help with training you are hoping to accomplish and give lots of cuddles. Walks, cuddles, feeding, meds; I’ve got it covered! It’s just me and my two teenagers in the house - they are 16 and 18 and both have their own cars so I rarely see them! They’ve grown up around having a dog, and continually pressure me to have another one 😵‍💫 We had a bully breed mix, Celine Dion who sadly passed from old age in 2019. She had diabetes towards the end of her life, so I’m familiar with giving medication/shots if necessary. Since then we’ve regularly looked after our friends’ dogs, as you can see from the photos. We fostered Simba in 2024, we had him for 10 months until he was adopted. Because of having family in England, I want to be able to travel there frequently so am not ready to have a permanent dog again yet. Being a dog sitter fills a need for me! I work from home so have flexibility in my routine and am always available for my visitors’ needs. I like to take a morning walk, and should probably take an evening one too. I’m not away from home often. I have a fully fenced yard and my neighborhood has beautiful walking trails, that I use whether I am walking a dog, or just walking alone. I’ve fostered rescue dogs and have experience of high anxiety dogs. I’m 6 feet tall and strong, and my last foster was great with people but not so much with other dogs we met on our walks, so I’m used to avoiding them, if necessary! I am happy to send photos to you whilst your dog is in my care, and will communicate with you as frequently as you would like.

Growing up I've had many pets such as cats, dogs, birds and reptiles and have learned that all animals deserve love and attention. Currently I'm a happy cat dad with a loving fluffball named Mischief. I strive to nurture your fur babies like they are my own and look forward to creating lasting bonds with them. I will always follow the rules and guidelines given for your pet and will make sure they receive the best attention and care that a part time fur parent can give. I would also like to know more about your pet such as what activities they enjoy, if they are allowed on furniture at home, if they're aggressive toward children, dogs or while eating and if they'll bark when no one is home. I'm currently looking for employment so my schedule is very open and available. I will update my availability as things change. But even then I should be available most mornings, evenings and weekends I make sure to follow all guidelines that the owner has given me. I keep a close eye on them to ensure they aren't acting up due to anxiety or stress. I look for signs of when they enjoy certain treats or activities and make sure to repeat that with moderation of course.

So, I have experience caring for multiple pets at a time, dogs of any size and age (and energy levels, Bella is a bit crazy)! About: Born and raised with dogs for most years of my life. I've pet sat and walked many dogs over the years. I'm aware of what they do and don’t need, can be a strict yet playful as a care taker. I love walking and running with dog/s. I enjoy the exercise and break in nature as much as they do. It would be ideal to work for a pet owner who has potty trained their dog and has a good relationship with it. The dog tends to be a happier one that way! I care for cats too! I lived with a cat for 4 years who was super sweet. I regularly sit for 2 cats in my area. I’ve also learned some tricks with cats that aren’t initially friendly. I am allergic so I can’t cuddle them at night but as long as they don’t need that, I can do all the main tasks needed and pet them. ***I don’t accept aggressive dogs after being bitten as a Rover walker. I’m usually chosen for house/pet sitting while my partner cares for our dogs for me. If you’re considering boarding/dog daycare with me, your dog has to be potty trained, comfortable around my dogs, dog loving people and a dog loving 10 year old. It’s not always a fit so have low expectations and plenty of time for a meet and greet. If you want me to come to your house instead, that’s more common and yes I’ll leave my dogs at home with my partner. That said, if your dogs are dog friendly, I can do group walks but no worries if your dogs a diva. Questions for you before you book me ⤭ Is your dog potty trained? Does she/he bark? Special diet needs? Lifestyle needs? & lastly, would she/he get along with other humans and a 10 year old? How about other dogs? I usually do a meet and greet before agreeing and make sure we're a good fit. I love regular clients. Schedule ⤭ Depends on the dog. It's common that there's a morning walk and feed, mid day potty break and play and evening walk and feed. Weekends are for longer exercise adventures. How I care for pets in my home or others? ⤭ I'm always around. Here to bring them their love, play, food and outings. At my house there’s a play zone inside and outside for them. I'm happy to accommodate to your pets desires or stay at your space as well.
