I ensure they’re fed on time, get regular exercise, and receive lots of attention and affection. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions the owner provides, whether that’s regarding feeding, medications, or daily activities. I also keep the home tidy, take out trash, and bring in mail or packages as needed. My goal is to make the pet feel loved and safe, while respecting their home environment.

About: I've taken care of animals since a kid and it wasnt until I had my very own dog that I realized how important an animal is to their human. I offer socialization, stimulation, and a safe, healthy and happy environment so you can go do your human things without worrying about your animal. I have historically done animal rescue and understand each dog has their own personality with their own needs, and I am here to provide that. I can easily administer meds including eye drops and insulin when needed. I am home most of the time other than maybe an errand to town so no worries about your dog being alone for extended periods. Dogs are free to roam the apartment and relax with music in the short time that I may be gone. While I live in an apartment, the grounds have beautiful walking areas, a fenced doggie park, and plenty of sniffs to smell in a well maintained gated community.

About: My family has been boarding dogs since I was 10 years old, so I grew up taking care of animals. Between the hundreds of dogs I’ve cared for, I have never met a dog, big or small, that I didn’t like. I walk, feed, and pick up after dogs every day! My schedule tightens when college starts in late September, but my summers and weekends are very flexible! I am always willing to negotiate for most times of day. I like to take pictures of the dogs I meet to send to the owners as a check up (with permission). I am always attentive and prioritize confirming the animal’s wellbeing above all else, whether that be making sure the dog eats before I leave or is cool enough in the California heat.
