About: My name is Kassidy. I have had dogs my whole life. I currently work at a vet clinic and am very comfortable with all sizes of dogs. Let me walk your dog! I work full time at a vet clinic. I can easily let out your dog before work, on my lunch break and after work if needed. I currently have three dogs of my own. They have a fenced in yard. All three of my dogs are up to date on vaccines as well.

About: I treat every pet like family. I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and quirks so they feel safe, loved, and understood while you're away. I'm not just here to check a box—I genuinely enjoy bonding with animals and making sure their tails keep wagging! Whether it’s going the extra mile for a nervous pup or making sure a senior pet gets their meds on time, I show up with care, patience, and a big heart. You'll get regular updates and pictures so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. Over the summer we have 24/7 care in our home. Once school starts I will only be available weekends, however I do have other people in my home to accommodate requests as needed. I have a fenced in yard and space for a crate in my home. I work to make sure the environment is clean and suits the needs of your pet.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a little girl my love for animals is very strong and I'm going to school to be a vet tech. I can handle any personality in dogs and love to give them all the attention in the world. I currently am not employed and I'm available every day. I take online classes for vet tech. I am very flexible with schedules and will work with you and your pets needs. I live in the little town of fulton. I have a fenced in back yard for playing and I love taking walks by the river. I also like to take pets to the dog parks near me.

About: I have never not had animals in my life. I got my first dog when I was 3 and I truly believe that was the day that I new I was always going to do something with animals. I have helped take care of my families, friends, classmates (when I was in school) and coworkers pets throughout the years. I have taken care of any animal from dogs, cats, hampsters, fish, ferrets almost any pet you can think of ive taken car of. Not only have I taken care of other people's pets but I do have my own I have an Australian Shepherd who I've had sense she was a puppy she is now 6 years old, I have owned a lot of hampster, I own a bearded dragon, I had a cat (who sadly passed away). I have experience training puppies basic tricks, obedience, and potty training. I absolutely love senior animals and have experience with senior dogs and cats. I have worked with disabled pets (blind, deaf, missing leg/s). I have worked at different dog borading and daycare jobs over the years and that is where I got more professional experience. I went to school for a year to bea pet groomer and then worked as a pet groomer for half a year then decided I wanted to do it more for just family and friends so I have experience there and that's where I learned a lot about how to handle dogs and notice different signs they show like stress for example. I have so much love for animals and I promise your pets will get nothing but respect and love from me. I am currently a stay at home mom to a 5 year old and a 1 year old, and my husband is home for the summer from school so I'm looking for some work without having to do the whole job search. I will follow what ever rules you have set in stone with your fury friends and whatever schedule you want me to follow I will follow them exactly as you ask. I would like to add that having a list or things written out for me makes things way easier but I am also capable of remembering what you tell me. I will also follow all training techniques you want me to follow.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. Starting at a young age, I was responsible for feeding, walking, and cleaning up after our family dogs. By the time I was 15, I began caring for a neighbor’s dog whenever they were out of town, building early experience in pet sitting and responsibility. Today, I’m 24 with dogs of my own, including one with medical needs, so I’m familiar with administering medication and maintaining a consistent care routine. In the summer of 2024, I even raised a litter of puppies, which deepened my understanding of early puppy development and the importance of socialization. From bathing and grooming to staying active with my pack, caring for dogs is a daily part of my life and something I’m deeply passionate about. Although I work full time during the week, my evenings are dedicated to spending quality time with my dogs. We enjoy walking, playing, and relaxing together. I’m also off on weekends, which gives me the perfect opportunity to help others who may be busy or working by making sure their dogs get the exercise and attention they need. I’m happy to offer weekend availability and evening flexibility to support both pets and their owners. I live on a spacious 2 acre property with a securely fenced in section of the yard dedicated to the dogs. The backyard is enclosed with three gates, each equipped with locks to ensure safety and prevent any clever pups from nudging them open. This setup provides a safe, open space for dogs to play, explore, and relax while giving owners peace of mind.

About: Been caring for animals and loving on them all my life! Have taken care of dogs with seizures and given different kinds of meds to dogs! I’m a ER nurse who works three 12 hr shifts a week and would love to come and visit your pets on my days off! I will not bring any homes into my home. I am good at getting dogs into their crates and keeping an eye on them when outside!

About: Ever since I was young, I would take care of animals. I’ve wanted to have a career working with animals for as long as I can remember. Every animal should be cared for with love and affection, from a mastiff to a guppy. They don’t get as much time on this Earth as we do, so we better make it as great as we can for them. About: I do love pets! I have owned dogs, cats, horses, and a koi pond, aquariums, birds, even lizards and a pet squirrel! My farm background has included cattle and hogs too. My current fur babies are two cats. I do miss having dogs. I've had dogs for 40 years until recently. Now I just love on other peoples dogs! I am also an accomplished gardener and can help with your plant/ garden care while away. I have been to dog obedience, classes, and can help reinforce your pets training. I don't see a place to mark it on this website but I am fine with taking care of your pet bird, pond, aquariums, including exotic fish, horses, cattle and pet pigs. Let me know your preferences on keeping you updated on your pets while away. If I'm feeding your pet, I prefer a meet and greet so you are comfortable and insist on written or texted instructions on your pet's schedule in advance so it's less stressful for your pets. If they are going outside I will want to check out their fenced yard in daylight and go over any concerns for the 5 star sitter experience I offer. Right now I'm offering to walk your pet, in home visits, but I'm not offering to spend the night, or have them here at my house. I work short days 2 days a week in medical care in Sterling, and can help you before, after or lunch breaks. The other 5 days my schedule is open to travel further and to other towns I walk 3-5 miles everyday and enjoy being outside. I'm dialing down my professional work in medicine from full time to parttime to enjoy life a bit more. That is why I am new here at Rover. I can now do more things, and that includes loving more fur babies. I have a rescue cat named Tessa, she's 15 and the most snuggly cat on the planet. We sleep together. She is tiny, but the vets says she's in excellent health with fabulous teeth and labs. My huge cat Rupert is 7 and he was born on a farm, and is hard to photograph here as he covers my whole lap and then some. He has a loud purr and loves to sit a certain way on my lap. My pond is currently healthy and some of the fish are 6 inches long. I had a 3 pound koi who I trained to swim through a hoop. I loved her. Is it possible to love a fish? I did. We have a few horses renting the pasture this year. We used to own and raise gaited horses. I love horses. I think they are good at reading people, and elegant.

About: I grew up on a farm. I was part of FFA (future farmers of America) and 4H growing up. I’ve cared for animals and their well being all my life. I currently work on a two week rotation. Meaning I’ll be in town for two weeks at a time, and out of town for two weeks. I’ll have weekdays from 8am to 5pm and weekends after 4pm. I have majority of the day to relax and exercise your puppies. I have a fenced in backyard and plenty of room for your pups to enjoy outside or if they are lazy butts; got a couch for them to relax on. I can also take your dogs on walks and or runs if that’s required for them.

About: I've had many cats through the years. Currently have 5 of my own including 2 sphynx. I have sadly lost a few cats over the years and I've had to take care of my sick babies so I'm not afraid to take care of sick pets or give medicine as needed. Currently I have to give one of my own cats medicine every other day for his asthma. I'm just a animal lover. Most animals like me. I've also had a couple of dogs over the years but don't currently have any but I love them. I love walking them and playing with them. I'm so looking forward to taking care of your fur babies. 😊 I work full time in Freeport but get an hour break so am available for 30 min walks or drop ins during that time. Also am available after work and most weekends. I clean litter boxes every couple of days and play with my cats daily. Make sure they always have food and water. Wet food in the morning and sometimes treats. Walks too of course. I make sure they get all the love and attention they want and need.

About: My boyfriend and I have always had animals in our lives. Growing up he lived on a farm with dogs, cats, goats, pigs etc. and I have had dogs and cats my whole life. We currently have 2 beautiful Great Danes, a bunch of rabbits, outside kitties, and 3 chinchillas! Our dogs love people, small animals, and would love a bigger dog to run around with. We would love to cuddle with your fur babies, go for walks, or just play in the fenced yard! With summer coming up we know that it’s going to be vacation time, you deserve to be able to enjoy and relax on vacation while knowing your animals are well taken care of. Me and my boyfriend work mornings and get lunch breaks half way through, so we’d be able to check on your animals even while working and we can be with them all afternoon. On Wednesdays and Thursdays we are both off so they’d get us all day! We have a 2 story house with lots of room for them to lay around and have their own space if needed. We also have a large backyard that is fenced off already for our dogs.

About: Hi! My name is Amanda. I have worked in doggie daycare, worked as a bather and in the sales department! At work I got to experience different breeds, temperaments and personalities! My favorite part of my job is building strong relationships with the owners and their dogs! I also have experience dropping in homes while their owners are at work, school or out of town. When I do drop ins I have taken them on walks, picked up after them and fed them. I absolutely love working with all animals! I am known to have great communication skills, I am compassionate , and I am responsible. I pride myself in those traits and look forward to building a relationship with you and your family member! I do have a full time job working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Mon-Fri I do work from 730am-4pm. I am still available during the weekends and can also do house sitting during the days that I work! I will follow their daily routine and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away. While walking them I will keep distance from other animals to ensure their safety. I will also follow all dietary needs and feeding schedules.

About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... I do travel out of state to Illinois (Mostly the North suburbs of Chicago) and Wisconsin. This is where I have done house-sitting. Pets and Plants can be included in this care. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.

About: Being in the military not only have I had special training with bigger dogs but also having close relatives with ESA (emotional support animals) I have always been very close and caring of animals as they are the most pure hearted things on the planet Currently all days are available and am willing to watch on weekends as well animals are the key to the soul and I’m excited they are apart of our lives I live not to far from a dog park and have many toys and space for animals I have a caring girlfriend as well who is very supportive of animals

About: From nose ears to little pads I know what's going on with my little guys being very big on doing things myself so that way I catch when things are not right with them. I currently my own Boss with my own schedule with some time and some flexibility to help out with other families that might need help Walkable access to parks and trails for opportunities for outdoor play and fun time. About: Hello, my name Kayla! I stumbled upon Rover on Facebook, I absolutely love all animals so I couldn't resist trying this out! My family has owned many dogs throughout my whole life, big and small so I am use to either and I understand what it takes to take care of them and make them happy. I believe owning a pet is just as important as seeing and treating them as your own child! So if anyone ever needs a sitter or just think your pet could use some fun time, walks/runs in the park, I’m your girl! :) If you have any questions feel free to ask! have a lot of availability for walks, house sitting, and drop-in visits.
