About: I have taken care of my pets and others all my life. Raised on a farm, I have extensive experience with various animals. We have 2 cats and 1 dog. I'm recently retired, making my availability accessible to care for other people's pets. My two cats and our dog depend on my care daily. We own 2 SUVs for transportation of your pet. We do have a fenced in play area, approximately 8'x30'. This is only for dogs that are experienced being enclosed, or smaller dogs. Also, we have a large yard for exercise and play. Our small subdivision in the country is off the main street. Neighbors walk their dogs on the street, because we have limited, slow traffic. In our home, if your pet is allowed to be on furniture or beds in your home, they are welcome on ours. I will do my best to follow routines you have developed with your pets. Same situation if I am caring for your pet in your home.

About: I've pet sat for years. I love spoiling them and sending them back home. I have helped many pets that are typically apprehensive with other people come right out of their shell. I have a very loving and caring environment. With kids that also love pets as well. We have plenty of space in the back yard to run. We ourselves go on daily walks. I love animals. They are apart of our lives while they stay with us. Id say that they are way more spoiled while they are here. I provide a safe and loving environment for your pet. I treat them as if they were my own pet. I know that is easy to say but ask any of the pet parents.

About: Hi! My name is Tasha and I am 20. I graduated from Prince of Peace Catholic school in Clinton Iowa and currently live in Albany. I am working towards earning my teaching credentials and working full time at a day care. I am reliable, dependable, and responsible. I can easily let out your dog before work, on my lunch break and after work if needed. I currently have three dogs of my own. They have a fenced in yard. About: I have experience feeding, walking , and bathing dogs.I have also dealt with dogs of various ages and breeds. I can handle a low energy and high energy breed, and love all dogs I currently care for three dogs daily to include walks, feeding different diets and mental stimulation. About: Ever since I was young, I would take care of animals. I’ve wanted to have a career working with animals for as long as I can remember. About: I grew up on a farm. I was part of FFA (future farmers of America) and 4H growing up. I’ve cared for animals and their well being all my life. I currently work on a two week rotation. Meaning I’ll be in town for two weeks at a time, and out of town for two weeks. I’ll have weekdays from 8am to 5pm and weekends after 4pm. I have majority of the day to relax and exercise your puppies. I have a fenced in backyard and plenty of room for your pups to enjoy outside or if they are lazy butts; got a couch for them to relax on. I can also take your dogs on walks and or runs if that’s required for them.

About: I have been watching animals for 5+ years! I have cats and dogs alike! Anywhere from pups/kittens-elderly dogs/elderly cats! I have watched my aunts dogs from the time they were pups to senior dogs, plus I have also had my own dogs as well to care for! I currently own a cat that is aggressive to other humans and animals, so I do have experience with overly aggressive and overstimulated animals, because of my cat I won't be providing services at my house, but can house sit, dog walk, clean litter boxes, change the food and water bowls, give medications any time while at a clients house. I am currently working on being a stay at home mom. While my partner is home I plan to provide services to people in need of an animal sitter. If your pets are kid friendly, I will bring my baby with me to services that are required outside of my normal hours. Due to my cat I won't be providing care in my own home, but with my clients homes I will provide all necessary tasks that are asked of me, I will change the food and water, provide play time, walks/litter box cleanings, treats, medications along with endless love and affection. I can do routine potty breaks and outdoor fun, especially if their animals are kid friendly! I can do overnights if I am allowed to have my baby there also and I will respect and care for the clients homes.

About: Been caring for animals and loving on them all my life! Have taken care of dogs with seizures and given different kinds of meds to dogs! I’m a ER nurse who works three 12 hr shifts a week and would love to come and visit your pets on my days off! I will not bring any homes into my home. I am good at getting dogs into their crates and keeping an eye on them when outside!

About: I do love pets! I have owned dogs, cats, horses, and a koi pond, aquariums, birds, even lizards and a pet squirrel! My farm background has included cattle and hogs too. My current fur babies are two cats. I do miss having dogs. I've had dogs for 40 years until recently. Now I just love on other peoples dogs! I am also an accomplished gardener and can help with your plant/ garden care while away. I have been to dog obedience, classes, and can help reinforce your pets training. I don't see a place to mark it on this website but I am fine with taking care of your pet bird, pond, aquariums, including exotic fish, horses, cattle and pet pigs. Let me know your preferences on keeping you updated on your pets while away. If I'm feeding your pet, I prefer a meet and greet so you are comfortable and insist on written or texted instructions on your pet's schedule in advance so it's less stressful for your pets. If they are going outside I will want to check out their fenced yard in daylight and go over any concerns for the 5 star sitter experience I offer. Right now I'm offering to walk your pet, in home visits, but I'm not offering to spend the night, or have them here at my house. I work short days 2 days a week in medical care in Sterling, and can help you before, after or lunch breaks. The other 5 days my schedule is open to travel further and to other towns I walk 3-5 miles everyday and enjoy being outside. I'm dialing down my professional work in medicine from full time to parttime to enjoy life a bit more. That is why I am new here at Rover. I can now do more things, and that includes loving more fur babies. I have a rescue cat named Tessa, she's 15 and the most snuggly cat on the planet. We sleep together. She is tiny, but the vets says she's in excellent health with fabulous teeth and labs. My huge cat Rupert is 7 and he was born on a farm, and is hard to photograph here as he covers my whole lap and then some. He has a loud purr and loves to sit a certain way on my lap. My pond is currently healthy and some of the fish are 6 inches long. I had a 3 pound koi who I trained to swim through a hoop. I loved her. Is it possible to love a fish? I did. We have a few horses renting the pasture this year. We used to own and raise gaited horses. I love horses. I think they are good at reading people, and elegant.

About: I have previous dog daycare and animal shelter experience and have had 2 of my own dogs! I can handle big and rowdy to small and shy, I’ve seen it all! I can provide various services including medication. I’d love to get to know you and your pup! I’m mostly free during the week! College is in the future so I am free to visit your pets! I take care of my kitties everyday and have to give my ferret Smudge medication twice a day! I treat any pet as if they were my own, showered with love! I can provide anything your pet needs from playing to changing their diaper, no limits just ask!

About: I've had many cats through the years. Currently have 5 of my own including 2 sphynx. I have sadly lost a few cats over the years and I've had to take care of my sick babies so I'm not afraid to take care of sick pets or give medicine as needed. Currently I have to give one of my own cats medicine every other day for his asthma. I'm just a animal lover. Most animals like me. I've also had a couple of dogs over the years but don't currently have any but I love them. I love walking them and playing with them. I'm so looking forward to taking care of your fur babies. 😊 I work full time in Freeport but get an hour break so am available for 30 min walks or drop ins during that time. Also am available after work and most weekends. I clean litter boxes every couple of days and play with my cats daily. Make sure they always have food and water. Wet food in the morning and sometimes treats. Walks too of course. I make sure they get all the love and attention they want and need.

About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... I do travel out of state to Illinois (Mostly the North suburbs of Chicago) and Wisconsin. This is where I have done house-sitting. Pets and Plants can be included in this care. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.
