Cat Sitting Farwell

About: Bonafide Animal Lover! I grew up on a farm caring for many different animals & have always had either cats and/or dogs in my adult life. Most recent, I cared for our two adult male shepherds in all aspects - training, feeding, walking, nurturing and our two adult cats - training, feeding, activity and nurturing. My pets are part of my family & I will provide the same level of care to your pets as well! (To avoid any confusion, my full name is “Sylvia Annette” - I usually go by my middle name “Annette” but will respond to either here. I am a semi-retired remote bookkeeper and empty nester therefore I am home most of the time and have plenty of time to do drop in visits, walking, house sitting or boarding. My caution level for keeping my pets safe and well cared for is very high. They are part of my family. I focus on their daily feeding schedule, ensure the catbox is kept clean daily, play with them (laser pointer and feather toy) for their exercise, and provide lots of love and cuddles too. When I have our shepherds, I walk them daily and play fetch and tug of war with a ball or rope.

About: I have been caring for a wide variety of animals my whole life, from cats to horses to dogs of all sizes! Large breeds are my specialty, as I have grown up around Great Danes, Saint Bernards, and Newfoundlands my entire life, and feel very comfortable handling them. I have cared for many senior and small breed dogs as well, so your pets will receive the upmost care no matter the age or size! I love working with as many unique personalities and animals as I possibly can, and will work tirelessly to make sure they receive the care they need. My schedule is often very open, especially during the summer when classes are out, so I will communicate well to work around YOUR schedule! I will do what it takes to get your pets the care they need when they need it. Safety is priority number one when it comes to caring for pets, for both me and the animals. I am sure to follow whatever instructions are given to me to the strictest degree so you don't have to worry about your pets safety while you're away. When going for walks I always maintain firm a firm hold on the leash, even with bigger dogs. I have been walking with large breeds such as Saint Bernards and Great Danes for over a decade, so I feel very comfortable remaining in control. I always carry pepper spray with me as well, just as an absolute last resort in the very rare chance that anything would happen.

About: One of the best things about life is our pets. I grew up with three dogs who were my bffs, and I have several friends who have cats. I have tons of experience with house and pet sitting for long durations (several weeks at a time). I am responsible, clean, detail-oriented, and love taking dogs on walkies! Every pet I sit for, I treat as my own and shower them with love and snuggles! I currently work part-time at Home Depot as a cashier and part-time at Olive Garden as a server. If I'm not working, I'm usually watching a movie or show, reading a book, writing poetry, or going on a walk and enjoying this beautiful summer weather! I am constantly tending to what the angel- I mean pet- needs. Whether it's a potty break, a little treat, dinner, a snuggle, I am on the job!

About: I have taken care of dogs of all sizes and have helped with whelping, shots, to finding them new homes. I have trained dogs also! I will always treat them as my own and they will be well socialized. I am currently working full time at a family owned business. I am free from Friday-Sunday every weekend. I can take smaller dog with me to work (30#) or less. I have 30 wooded acres in the country. I have a large yard, not fenced but have a wireless collar system if I need to use it. I have a 4 year old chocolate lab neutered male, he is very playful and loves other dogs. I have 3 kids ages 10,7,2. Who I have taught to respect all animals and know the responsibility of taken care of them. I am willing to meet to pick up and drop off also.

About: I have dogsat for friends and family since I was a kid, I worked at a doggy daycare (Paws In The City) in highschool. My family has raised 2 litters of golden retrievers, so I am familiar with how to train and housebreak puppies from a young age. I live with 2 dogs and 3 cats, all with very different energy levels and personalities, I will adjust to your pet's unique needs and routines! I am a student at CMU, so during the semester I will be gone during the morning for classes. I stop by to check on pets during lunch time, and then head back to campus. On weekends I can stay with them the whole day, taking dogs on a hike if the weather is nice, or staying in and playing on my study breaks. I have a pretty open schedule, so I will have a lot of time to spare for pet care. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if you need, or just stop by regularly throughout the day. I will follow your instructions, and make sure your pets stay fed, safe, and happy while you are gone! I have a lot of hiking trails I want to explore, if you are comfortable with me taking your pup on a fieldtrip. If not, I am happy to walk in your neighborhood and stay closer to home.

About: I have been caring for animals my entire life, with experience ranging from dogs, cats, and rabbits to ferrets, birds, hamsters, and all kinds of farm animals. I also grew up maintaining a 400-gallon fish tank that included a wide variety of fish and even small freshwater sharks, giving me a strong understanding of aquatic care. I genuinely love animals of all kinds and enjoy getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I believe every pet is unique, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have raised two very active 100+ lb German Shepherd/Lab mixes since they were puppies, so I am confident handling large, high-energy dogs. Despite my size, I am fully capable of managing and guiding strong animals safely and effectively. I am happy to assist with all aspects of pet care, including long walks, feeding, bathing, playtime, and providing plenty of attention and affection. I am also comfortable caring for pets of all ages and administering medications when needed (with prior instructions). Additionally, I have long-term experience(10+ years) caring for a Bengal cat with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD), which has given me hands-on experience with specialized care and medication routines. I am currently a student at Central Michigan University and work part-time with a flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. I am available for both daytime visits and overnight stays in your home. I strongly believe pets are most comfortable in their familiar environment, and I strive to maintain their routine while providing consistent care and companionship. About: I grew up in a dog oriented family and dog sit regularly. I love all dogs and enjoy spending my time with them. Going for walks, playing fetch or just snuggling. I currently work full time but I do work from home and have my evenings and weekends free. I can also work in other locations if needed. My own pets are well taken care of and loved. I own a large dog you thinks he’s a lap dog. I pay attention to the attitude and behaviors for anything wrong.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for years and currently have dogs of my own, so I know just how much they become part of the family. I have experience with dogs of different ages, energy levels, and personalities from energetic pups who are always ready for their next adventure to senior dogs who need a little more patience and a slower pace. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding routines, potty breaks, crate routines, playtime, basic medications, and giving your dog plenty of attention and affection. I also understand that some dogs can be nervous or anxious when their people are away, so I’m happy to take the time to let them get comfortable with me at their own pace. I’ll always do my best to follow your dog’s normal routine and any instructions you leave. I’m also happy to send pictures and updates along the way, because I know how reassuring it is to see that your pup is happy, safe, and being well cared for while you’re away! 🐶🐾 I work full time in the Cadillac area Monday through Friday, so weekday pet care is planned around my work schedule. I’m generally available before and after work during the week, with much more flexibility in the evenings and on weekends. For house sitting bookings, I stay overnight in your home with your pets so they can remain comfortable in their own environment and stick as closely as possible to their normal routine. On workdays, I’ll be away during my normal working hours but will be there before and after work and overnight. Depending on your location and my workday, I may also be able to stop in during the day. I’m always upfront about my schedule before accepting a booking and only take stays that are a good fit for both my availability and your pet’s needs. I’m happy to go over your pet’s normal routine ahead of time so we can make sure the schedule works well for everyone. 🐾 Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I know how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your home and leave your pets in their care, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and any instructions you leave as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, medications, crate routines, and household rules. I’m mindful about keeping doors, gates, leashes, and other areas secure and will never put your pet in an unfamiliar or potentially unsafe situation without your permission. I’ll also treat your home with the same respect I would want someone to show mine. While you’re away, I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. If I ever have a question or notice something out of the ordinary, I’ll always communicate with you rather than assume. 🐾

About: I'm a credentialed Veterinary Technician who is capable of handling all dogs- big or small, as well as all temperaments. Special needs dogs are my forte (diabetics, seniors, etc) and hold a special place in my heart. I just finished my associates in veterinary technology. I'm currently working that field but I have a bit of space to be flexible. I'm also open to sitting other animals including exotics like birds, Chinchillas and Sugar Gliders, I've had them before! I have two dogs of my own, one Miniature Schnauzers, one Akita mix and two cats. I've been taking care of animals since I could walk! Now I have a career continuing it and I love it! Feel free to ask me anything! I don't currently do in home petsitting or day boarding unless you're a consistent client- certain arrangements can be made. This can be canines or felines. I am blessed to work from home so I’m able to house sit without restrictions as long as there’s working internet. I am able to be flexible and work with schedules as needed, whether short term or long term. I like to keep routines fairly similar as when pet parents are home with their pets, so they don’t get too stressed. If that’s going on a 4 mile hike everyday or simply taking an hour to sit on the couch and give belly rubs, I’m their gal.
