Our pups can be nervous when they’re away from home but I could tell they recognized their home (and kids) and felt comfortable there, which made it easier to leave them. They communicate and send pictures/updates every day, and when one of our pups wasn’t feeling well they let us know right away and were willing to stay up at night with him to make sure he was okay. They even checked up on him after he was back home. Just lovely!”

“Nina was awesome. We had originally booked to drop off Sebastian at 8AM and picked him up at 8PM. Unfortunately, I was off on the time and we had to drop him off at 6AM. Nina was very accommodating in allowing us to drop him off earlier then booked. In addition, our flight was delayed and we didn't get back to pick him up until after 10PM. She was also accommodating. We received morning and evening pictures of Sebastian as well as a brief description of how he was doing. This is the first time he has been away from us since we got him. He seems to love Nina and her dogs as he didn't seem to want to get out of the car once we got home. I would highly recommend Nina and I will definitely book with her again (for 3 weeks this summer).
