About: I’ve taken care of rabbits, fish, hedgehogs, cats, dogs, and guinea pigs. I’ve done so for friends, family, neighbors, and mutual friends. I care for each pet like they’re someone’s baby, because they are! I currently work 8-4, but have a very flexible schedule. I can care for pets at almost any time of the day, and would love to play with your pets! I have one friendly dog who loves to go for walks or run in the field across the street. Our yard is not fenced in, but I have a very sturdy lead they can run on. We have tons of toys, and dogs are allowed on any furniture unless you specify otherwise. I have a crate and room for others if you provide your own.
About: I have taken care of dogs and all types of animals my whole life. I have a veterinary science degree, have experience in grooming and also experience in doggy daycare and boarding! I have boarded many dogs in my own home and have done plenty of drop in visits! I have always loved all types of animals and can’t wait to take care of yours! I am CPR and dog first aid certified. “Kara is fantastic!! Right from the beginning with the meet and greet I knew I picked the right pet sitter. I was away for 6 days and Kara did a daily drop in service for my cat, Rue. My cat needs meds for skin allergies and she was able to stay on her prescribed dosage the entire time. Kara provided great care to Rue. Stress and being off of the meds can create flare ups of sores. Rue was happy and healthy when I returned home. Kara sent pictures every day and I could see that Rue had bonded with Kara immediately! I was able to share the daily pictures with my family as we traveled and it was a treat to look forward to seeing how Rue was doing. The human contact and playtime that Kara provided kept Rue’s stress level down and the meds she was able to administer kept Rue healthy. What a relief it was to me knowing Rue had such a great caregiver. I will definitely be using Kara again for future trips away from home.”

About: I have always put in maximum effort when it comes to pets. When I was 13 I trained our family puppy myself, and when I was a little younger I took care of two rabbits. Once I moved out of my mom and dad's house, I took on the care of two cats. Through my experience I've learned that each pet is different. They all have their own needs and wants. I think that's part of why it's so gratifying to take care of animals. I will always ensure that the pets in my life get only the best care. I'm currently working full time. My shifts start anywhere form 10:30am to noon, and end at 7:00. I also have a half hour lunch break around 2:00pm that I can use to check in with a pet, as long as the drive isn't more than 10 minutes from my work. I always have sundays off, and most of the time have a weekday off as well. On work days I can fit in at least 3 visits, as long as they don't need to be scheduled durring my work hours. Besides work, my schedule remains free most of the time. As a pet owner, I know how fast things can take a turn for the worst. I belive that taking prevenitive measures is the best way to avoid accidents. Keeping away toxic food, cleaning products, etc. as well as other animals, or harmful objects, is very important. It's also important to always be attentive with animals. Anything could happen at any moment, so to stay aware is key.

About: A fun fact about me is that I’ve had 5 doberman pinchers in my life, I’m great with big and small dogs and I was always the person my neighbors would call when they needed someone to check in on their pets. Having 5 doberman I have learned helpful ways to train and take care of pets, i believe our pets should be treated like humans. Meaning their food should be nutritionally safe and they should be given the right amount of exercise depending on the breed. Im a college student with a part time job and lots of free time between classes and during the evenings. This is my first year living away from my family, including my dog named Ellie. So I would love to be able to help someone with their pet(s) while I am away from mine! My parents have a 3 year old doberman pincher at home, while they leave early in the mornings for work I am the one responsible for taking care of our furry family member. In the morning i start by making sure her collar is on and then taking her outside, once I’ve seen her go potty it’s time for breakfast. After she eats we play frisbee (her favorite) until she’s tired and ready to go inside. I usually go to work or school by 12:30 so before I leave I make sure she’s gone outside again and had her lunch. I always feel bad for leaving her alone so I turn on a carton for her while everyone is gone. On the days I am home we always go for a walk around the block to burn some of that energy.
