“Kitty Cody & I could not dream of a more caring, reliable and fun 2nd mommy than Laura! The only way I am able to feel comfortable having to ever be away is bc of the excellent care provided by Laura & her family. She sends thorough updates & photos each day to me so that I can stay connected & know my 15 year old rescue fur baby is thriving. She is able to expertly administer his meds easier than I can & she ensures his water intake which can only be done via running sink water is plentiful each visit & she is able to engage him in play time even better than I can. It is a true blessing to have the peace of mind that Laura provides me when I need to be away from my precious Cody. A++++”

About: I have had both dogs and cats all my life. Many friends and family over the years have trusted their pets to be in my care. I just recently left my full-time job to be self-employed with the small business my partner and I started. My schedule is quite flexible and open at this time. I promise to provide quality care to each pet with attentiveness and enriching play time and walks as necessary. I am happy to follow any personal covid related protocols any client may have.

About: My entire life I have been raised with lots of animals and was always so excited to play with the pups. I have always had a thought about wanting to become a dog trainer and when I bought my first dog that was my own it showed me that I really am interested in an animal focused career! I currently do not work, so I fortunately have all the free time to spend time and play with these sweet and amazing fur babies! I will always follow the clients wishes and preferred schedule. I know how scary it can be leaving your animal with someone else and not being able to be there:(

About: I have been pet-sitting for a little over a year. I check water, food, and keep company to cats and dogs. I also have experience watching/walking puppies as young as 6 weeks. I am currently in school and have a part-time job. I am available for walking, house-sitting, drop-in visits, and boarding every Weekday and Sundays. I can do mornings, and afternoons. I have a half-acre yard that is readily accessible for your companion animals to run around in. I also have a large dog crate available. I will go to extreme measures to ensure your animal is safe and happy with me whatever the task.

“Kaitlyn really went above and beyond with checking in and caring for our sweet kitty while we were away! Every day she sent great updates, sweet pictures, and made me and my husband feel relieved that our pet was in such sweet and good hands. ☺️ We’ll most certainly be coming back to Kaitlyn again, and would highly recommend her! 🙌”

About: I have many years of experience caring and loving for animals. I have also worked for a couple of Veterinary clinics and have attended a year of school for Veterinary medicine. I am currently a stay at home mom and have a couple of fur babies of my own who get along great with everyone! My Bernese Mountain dog is 7 years and one of the biggest lap dogs you will meet. My kids are 3 and 1 and are taking after my animal loving ways. They love to help care for our animals and take care of our daily chores. I live on a quiet road out in the country, we have 7 acres and plenty of room to play! I am very flexible and accommodating and always excited to meet new faces!

“Very happy with her. Will definitely use her again.”

About: I have always put in maximum effort when it comes to pets. When I was 13 I trained our family puppy myself, and when I was a little younger I took care of two rabbits. Once I moved out of my mom and dad's house, I took on the care of two cats. Through my experience I've learned that each pet is different. They all have their own needs and wants. I think that's part of why it's so gratifying to take care of animals. I will always ensure that the pets in my life get only the best care. I'm currently working full time. My shifts start anywhere form 10:30am to noon, and end at 7:00. I also have a half hour lunch break around 2:00pm that I can use to check in with a pet, as long as the drive isn't more than 10 minutes from my work. I always have sundays off, and most of the time have a weekday off as well. On work days I can fit in at least 3 visits, as long as they don't need to be scheduled durring my work hours. Besides work, my schedule remains free most of the time. As a pet owner, I know how fast things can take a turn for the worst. I belive that taking prevenitive measures is the best way to avoid accidents. Keeping away toxic food, cleaning products, etc. as well as other animals, or harmful objects, is very important. It's also important to always be attentive with animals. Anything could happen at any moment, so to stay aware is key.

About: I’m a pre-veterinary student who’s worked in vet clinics, humane societies, and with large animals. I love learning each animals personality and what makes them special. I work full time M-W, but only part time on Thursdays. I typically have off the weekends, meaning F-Su, and most of Thursday, can be all about your fur babies! My vet clinic background means that I feel comfortable giving medications, safely handling stressful situations, or using proper restraint if absolutely necessary. I have a substantial understanding of animal behavior, and how to act to give your pet the best, most stress free environment.

About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my whole life and have done my own research—and gained plenty of hands-on experience—learning to read animal body language. I’m also a registered volunteer at a local animal shelter and love spending time with both dogs and cats. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just some company, your pet will be in caring, capable hands. I also have no allergies, so all furry friends are welcome! I have also done long and short term dog sitting for family and friends before, and am able to build strong connections with the animals quickly! I am a full time teacher, and am looking for a way to make some extra cash and get outside! I will be teaching summer school, but I am available Monday to Thursday from 1pm to 9pm. On Fridays I am available mostly all day, and sometimes on Weekends! I live in an apartment in Stevens Point, therefore I will most likely not be able to do care in my home. At others homes, I would make sure I have a list of rules (like if pets are allowed on furniture, if they have a backyard, if they have set feeding times, bathroom times, ETC! I would also be willing to give baths for an extra charge if requested!

“Sophie came and took care of our cats while we were on vacation. Our shy cat even warmed right up to her. We would be glad to have her come back on our next trip.”
