About: I have been working with dogs for 15 years. I started my professional career as a Vet-Tech, then started helping out clients reactive dogs, and now operate a small dog training business. I work remotely so that I can keep a close eye on your dogs. I built 2 luxury dog runs in my garage to provide a calm/safe place for your dogs to relax. As long as everyone gets along they are more than welcome to snuggle with us on the couch. Daily walks, a fenced in yard, and years of dog training experience means your dog is well cared for while you are away. They also leave my home with some new skills or commands.

About: I have had, rescued, and taken care of a wide variety of dogs from smaller malti-poos to a Dane who had been living on the street, was skin and bones, and ended up 188 lbs. Currently I have Pippa, a 7-year-old Labrador who is allergic to chicken, so I make part of her food. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center. I am home most days, except when I am hosting 3-hour board games at the local library and rec center. Otherwise, I take care of our house and rental properties. I have a large fenced yard -- especially-so since my house sits along North Center Street. I also use carabiners to make sure that gates are locked.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life, rescuing countless cats and raised 3 litters. Your pets are in good hands with me. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and can make your pet my main priority. I have children who also love animals. Raising children who love animals is important. I have a cat tree and can crate if needed. I will keep your pets inside, feed as needed, and exercise as frequently as you like.

About: My husband and I are both home most days of the week. Your dog will get loads of attention with our huge fenced yard and playing with our own dog. In addition to play time in the yard, we also guarantee at least 1 walk a day (weather pending). We have a Pitbull/Boxer mix who is somewhere between 5-7 years old. She loves playing outside and running around, but most of the day is pretty chill. We have watched many other dogs before and she has done great with them. If she needs a break from other dogs, she’ll go hide out in a bedroom for a bit. Our own dog is allowed on furniture and is not crated, but we will ensure your dog follows rules that they are used to. We do have a 2 year old who does great with our dog, but we would only want to take dogs that are confirmed ok with children. We are open to a meet and greet before taking on any new dogs in our home. I work from home Monday-Friday and my husband has a hybrid work schedule that is always changing. We have a fenced yard and our dog goes outside at least 4 times a day for potty breaks. We go on a nightly walk, about a mile long that your dog could join for. Because of our baby, we don’t leave the house often so there are seldom instances where your dog would be left alone. We have a fenced yard and a playful pup of our own. She loves to run around in our yard with other dogs. Our dog is allowed on the furniture and is not crated, but we are open to taking crated dogs! We take leashing very seriously. Our own dog is a runner so we are very careful when opening doors and going on walks.

About: I have had animals my whole life. Couldn’t imagine life without them. I have had English Mastiff/Great Danes( not afraid of some drool) to Jack Russell’s. I currently do not have any employment. I’m extremely bored at home. I would like to get out of the house doing something I know I would love. My husband travels for work so we currently live in a large fifth wheel RV. We have one dog a 6yr old Great Dane. Also one calico cat about 8 months old .

When I lived in Raleigh, I volunteered at the SPCA of Wake County for 7 years, where I walked, fed, played with, and cared for dogs of all kinds. I’m also a proud dog mom to two pups of my own, an Australian Shepherd and a Black Labrador, who I love more than anything! Over the years, I’ve pet-sat for many families and neighbors, including spending two summers caring for a neighbor’s dog and home while they traveled overseas. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone around to keep them company, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and care. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I’ll treat your furry family member like one of my own! I’m currently working part-time, so my schedule is pretty flexible! I’m available for morning walks, daytime visits, and pet sitting as needed. My weekends are also open, so if you’re planning a long weekend getaway or need someone to care for your pup while you’re away, I’d be happy to help! I live right by a trail and park, which means plenty of opportunities for walks, runs, and outdoor adventures! My fiancé and I live in a house with a big backyard, and we’re both huge dog lovers.
