About: Hi! My names hannah! I’ve been taking care of animals for a little over 5 years, including grooming, pet sitting, overnight stays etc. i have experience in pet restraint, basic training, anything you can think of ive most likely done it! I’m currently working part time at a grooming salon, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! My schedule is pretty flexible & I always figure out how to make things work! I always pet sit at the clients home, to make pets feel more comfortable! I always make sure they feel comfortable & cared for when I’m there, if I ever feel there’s a time they are not comfortable or scared I will call the owner & ask if there’s anything I can do! Safety & being comfortable is a big thing for me, I do require a shot record & up to date rabies vaccine for me & the pets safety!

About: Hi im Victoria, Your pet is in experienced hands. I’m a fully insured, Pet CPR certified, certified dog trainer and professional groomer with previous experience as a veterinary assistant, giving me a well-rounded background in pet care. Because of this experience, I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages and needs—from puppies who need structure and basic training to senior pets who require extra patience, mobility support, or medication schedules. I’m also experienced administering medications and monitoring pets for any health or behavior changes. My goal is to provide safe, knowledgeable, and reliable care so your pets feel comfortable, maintain their routine, and receive the attention they deserve while you’re away. 🐾 Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I work professionally with dogs and have built my schedule around caring for animals, so providing reliable, attentive care fits naturally into my day. Because of my background as a certified dog trainer and professional groomer, I’m used to working with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs throughout the week. Whether it’s walks, training reinforcement, playtime, medication schedules, or simply making sure pets feel comfortable and secure, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I’m very organized with scheduling and communication, which allows me to give each pet the time, attention, and care they deserve. 🐾 When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping their routine consistent so they feel comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. I follow your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and rest, and I make sure they receive plenty of attention and mental stimulation. With my background as a fully insured certified dog trainer, professional groomer, and former veterinary assistant, I’m able to provide a higher level of care than a typical sitter. I’m comfortable working with puppies who need structure and training reinforcement, as well as senior pets who may require extra patience, mobility support, or medication. I also provide regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while maintaining the same level of care they receive from you at home. 🐾

About: I have been taking care of dogs ever since I was a kid and I’ve been dog/house sitting since I was 16. If I dog sit I normally like to leave the house looking better than when I got there. Coming home to a cleaner house is always nice. I love animals more than you will ever know. I have such a strong passion, love, and interest for all animals. That is why I want to own my own animal rescue once I get out of college. If you leave your pets with me then just know that they will be loved unconditionally and taken care of beyond expectation. I hope you can trust me with your loved ones🐾 I am currently a college student and I have class on Monday and Tuesday from 11am to 2:30pm. The rest of my week is free besides church on Sundays and Wednesdays. I have a huge back yard with 8 dogs and two cats. Unfortunately some of my dogs were not socialized enough and they are not that friendly with other dogs. That is why I would rather take care of your pets from your home. I have also dog sat enough to know that when you bring a dog into a new environment they can become extremely stressed and anxious and they might not eat for days or until there owner comes home. That is why I feel it is better and easier to watch and care for your animals from your home. It will be easier for them and me.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
