I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life as well. I raised my own dog from a puppy through his senior years, caring for him until he was 16 years old. During his later years, I managed the extra attention and care that comes with aging pets, including comfort, routine, and health needs, until he ultimately passed from congestive heart failure. This experience has given me a deep understanding of both energetic puppies and senior dogs who need patience, gentleness, and close observation. I am currently not working, so my availability is very open and flexible, my schedule is very accommodating for all needs and times thank you I have an open backyard. I live in a 4 family pet friendly apartment. I have two cats in my home and their adult rescued cats that I’ve had since they were babies within the apartment building. There are three dogs total and six cats total.

About: For over forty years we’ve always had dogs in our home. We have a sweet pitbull mix that we adopted last year. She came from a home with several dogs so she loves to meet and make new friends. We enjoy providing a good home to animals and we look forward to caring for your pets. Potty breaks can be provided every two hours. Your dog will have plenty of opportunities throughout the day to run, play fetch, or explore in our fenced backyard. We try to follow the same routine as you would for your pet at home. We only care for two dogs at a time as we have a dog of our own. The dogs have free run of the house if the owner doesn’t specify otherwise.

The pandemic limited my ability pet sit as often as use to, but now I can get back to doing what I love! I have been pet sitting for more than 10 years and I worked in veterinary medicine for 4+ years, which allows me to provide quality care at an affordable rate. I currently work from home, Monday through Friday, which is great for any pet owners that need daycare and/or overnight boarding. I feel it is very important to do meet and greets so we can determine if our pets will do well with each other in my home. I would appreciate a meet and greet within 5-7 days of the stay. I also required the pets are up to date on rabies, bordetella, DHPP, and flea/tick prevention. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I have been given the privilege of working from home so that makes it easier to be more accommodating for pet owners who need care throughout the work week. I am also completely free on weekends. I live in an apartment that has private entry which makes it easier to take dogs out whenever they need a bathroom break. I also have a lot of walking space and the area is very dog friendly.
