She kept me updated daily with messages and pictures of his activities, and it was clear that Frankie was happy, relaxed, and truly enjoying himself — he looked like he was right at home. What meant the most to me was her kindness and flexibility during a very stressful time for me. I am currently in the hospital recovering from back surgery, and at the last minute my doctor told me I needed to stay another night. I reached out to Lori hoping it wouldn’t be a problem, and she immediately reassured me not to worry and that Frankie was perfectly fine staying another night. That simple kindness gave me so much peace of mind while I’m here recovering. Lori has been so attentive and loving with him — honestly, she spoiled him! The duo did what they could to engage her, and to try to make her happy. The home is equipped with a huge backyard for the dogs to play, and the boarding area is very neat and clean. Additionally, Langston made sure that Lady was fresh upon her arrival home. We are grateful to have found a safe place for Lady to stay if needed.”

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Fairplay home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Fairplay.

You and your Fairplay sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
