About: I've taken care of all sorts of dogs for friends and family and done things such as walking, drop in visits, bathing, grooming and vet appointments. I’m currently a full time college student that’s home for the summer, which means I have plenty of time to play with your fur babies! About: Hello! My husband, Shawn, and I love dogs - we have two little rescues of our own and have 10 years of experience dog walking and sitting! We moved to TX last year and now that we have a better lay of the land, are looking to get more involved with dog care, like we were before we moved. Our most recent experience includes helping out with some drop in visits in our neighborhood and animal sitting for 14 pets on a farm! About: We own a Golden Retriever and she gave birth to 11 puppies, so I have had quite a bit of experience preparing for a pregnant dog, caring for newborn puppies, and puppy training – all which I must believe sets me apart from other dog sitters. Im 19 years old and a student here at UTSA but have limited myself to 1 class a day so I will never have to be gone for more than 2-3 hours for school :). I also work part time as a supervisor at Lifetime at the rim, I work some weekend mornings but always know in advance so i can organize my schedule accordingly to when im sitting! My main concerns and top priorities when it comes to the care of the dogs are trust, safety, and coziness. I make sure that there are never risks or potential dangers in the environment where I am with the dogs, all while learning to gain their trust as well by interacting with them gently and consistently. In order to keep them as calm as possible I try to remain as routine as possible, and I always make sure they are surrounded with affection and attention during the whole process. My goal is to see to it that all dogs under my care are relaxed, well welcomed and happy when their owners are at work or out of the house!
