About: So, I usually volunteer at animal shelters so my experience taking care of dogs comes mostly from that, and I want to be a veterinarian so I’ve also had some experience with shadowing, and can usually see when things are wrong. I will say I’ve never done dog sitting but I’ve had dog before and a cat, so I do know how to take care of animals. About: I have lived around animals for as long as I can remember and I completely adore them. I have a fair amount of experience with dogs the smallest being a choodle (chihuahua+poodle mix) from a puppy to the largest so far being a pitbull mix. I'm willing to care for and walk dogs of an even larger size just give me fair warning if your dog is a jumper. Im a little on the short side and just want to be prepared. I currently own a Chinese crested powderpuff named Rogue, and a miniature dachshund named Slade. Also I care for a family of stray cats that might as well be mine at this point. I would like to some day provide boarding, but cannot at this time. I usually play with animals until they are tired enough without making them exhausted.

Safety will always be a top priority when taking dogs off of your property for walks and if their collars/harnesses are not secure I will have a slip lead on hand that can be used as a backup in case they slip their leads. I will also continue any training you are doing with your dog for loose leash walking/reactivity to make sure there is no going backwards! I also am very experienced going through doors/gates while dogs try to get through so no escapes on my watch!
