We boarded our older puppy (he's also big and goofy) with Marisol and Co. for 8 days and she went above and beyond any expectations a person could have for caring for a member of their family. We got pictures and updates daily of my dog enjoying outdoor time in their big yard, on walks (and runs!) with the family and resting and relaxing in their comfortable home. Kun and Jinny were amazing with our maltipoo and cavapoo! We were very comfortable leaving our two dogs under their care, and communication was excellent with frequent updates. Christina truly went above and beyond with my dog Sammy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sammy can be very nervous around new people and takes time and patience to become comfortable, and Christina and her husband were incredibly understanding and respectful of his boundaries from the very beginning. She kept me consistently updated with photos throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind, and I could tell she was genuinely paying attention to how he was feeling and adjusting her approach accordingly. She was patient, compassionate, communicative, and took all of the information I gave her about Sammy’s routine and temperament seriously. This was a big step for both Sammy and me, and Christina made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. We had such a great experience with Juan. This was our first time leaving Teddy with them and Juan made us feel very comfortable.
