My boys truly have a 2nd home with Monica! When your pets come home happy and jump right back into their regular routine it’s a tail, tell sign that they were loved and cared for they way you would! We had an almost 3 hour delay due to luggage. She was amazing with communication and flexible! That meant more than she knows!
Amanda was very nurturing and patient getting to know our dog Trisha, who is nervous around new people and dogs. She and Misu made Trisha feel at ease quickly and we received lots of updates and photos. She was flexible and responsive before and during our boarding. We would certainly use Amanda again in the future!
Ashley is amazing. Leo was very happy and she took great care of him. She shared pics and updates very often. She was very flexible in the pick up and drop off timings as there were some unforeseen circumstances and delays from our side. I would highly recommend her and we would leave Leo with her next time we are out.
