“Madison was professional and went above and beyond to tidy up and care for my 3 dogs. I am happy we found her in short notice and she was able to accommodate us. I will definitely depend on her in the future.”

About: Hey there my name is Danielle, I have taken care of dogs of all ages ranging from puppies going through their first heat to senior dogs with lack of abilities. Growing up I had all sorts of pets in my home and enjoyed sitting and dog walking in my neighborhood. Also one of my first jobs was at a dog boarding and day care facility. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and just want to keep them happy and healthy and have a fun time. I am new to the area and do not have a set schedule yet. I am free during most week days during typical working hours. I love the outdoors so any chance to get some sunshine. I have a fenced backyard, and my dog is friendly. I do not leave dogs unattended outside because I want to be sure they won't try to escape the yard or dig holes. When in a client's home I am sure to read all instructions given prior to my drop in. I make sure that the their pet is given my full attention during my time there. If I have any questions I am not afraid to ask. I will also send updates and photos if requested.

About: Hi! I’m Barry, and I’m excited to offer pet sitting and dog walking services here on Rover. I’ve been around animals my whole life and have hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs, as well as birds and reptiles. At home, I have two pups of my own—Sergio, a husky mix, and Emi, a Shiba Inu—so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. I’m comfortable administering medications, sticking to specific feeding schedules, and giving your pets plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I offer drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care. I also welcome fixed dogs into my home, where they’ll enjoy a large, fully fenced-in yard for safe, supervised outdoor time. I’m new to the Aiken area and currently live in Trolley Run. I’d love to help give you peace of mind while you’re away—whether it's for a weekend, a vacation, or just a long day at work. Feel free to reach out with any questions—I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! As a retired pet lover with a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. Whether it’s a daily check-in, a fun walk, or providing a safe and loving home environment, I’m here to help. I offer pet sitting in my home, which includes a spacious, secure fenced backyard and the companionship of my two friendly dogs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities, and you can trust that they’ll be treated like part of the family.

About: My name is Alexandria, and I’ve had a passion for animals since childhood. I grew up helping on a farm until I was 12 and began working for a dog groomer at 14 which i stopped around 16, gaining valuable experience in animal care. I currently have two German Shepherds and three cats, and I’ve always been the go-to sitter for family and neighbors. Whether it's walking, feeding, or providing special care for senior pets or puppies, I bring love and dedication to every pet I care for. Currently on summer break from college and working part-time, I have plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. Whether it's daily walks or playtime, I can easily accommodate any pup or kitty into my routine. My schedule allows me to give them the attention and care they deserve, ensuring peace of mind for you while you’re away. While I don’t have a fenced yard due to Hurricane Helene, I’m happy to walk your pet using your preferred method. If your pet has access to a fenced yard, I’ll keep a watchful eye to ensure they’re happy and safe while they run around. I prioritize their well-being, making sure they get the exercise, play, and attention they need, whether it's on a walk or in the yard.

About: Why should you consider entrusting your precious pup to my care? These 7 reasons may be important to you: - Your dog(s) will have 100% of my care and attention! I only host one client's dog(s) at a time, and I don't have any pets of my own (just great memories.) When your pup stays with me they'll feel like it's their home away from home, where they're loved and cherished.. My rate is higher than some because of this limitation; in return, my dedication to your pet's personal needs is unsurpassed - as you can see from my excellent reviews. (NOTE: I will take care of up to 2 dogs from the same family.) - I am a totally devoted dog lover. Dogs come first in my book. Caring, paying attention to the the ways in which they communicate, ensuring they are happy, calm, secure puppies... makes me happy! - I'm quite comfortable with very large dogs, and also have experience with dogs who experience separation anxiety issues. - I follow your directions! Your wish is my command regarding food, walks, verbal commands to use, toys, and any other special instructions. - I am a mature, dependable adult; have raised children; own my own home; no smoking, no drugs. You can trust me to make responsible decisions in an emergency. - I have a big yard that outdoorsy dogs really enjoy for potty breaks, playing catch, soaking up the sun, and supervising squirrels. - I have a quiet home (kids grown, beloved pets long gone) where I spend most days doing internet research and writing; lots of time for hanging out with and being a companion to your pet(s). I'm also within a short drive of the dog park and hiking trails, if that's appropriate to your pet's disposition and exercise abilities. Why I love dog sitting My family always had dogs: everything from Great Danes to Pomeranians, from show dogs to rescue dogs. Personally I have always felt a strong bond and mutual understanding with dogs. Since my last dog passed away, I have looked for the opportunity to spend time with canine friends, and Rover has provided a great opportunity for me to do just that. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages, and have special understanding of dogs with separation anxiety and geriatric dogs. Meet my pets No other pets here - just yours! Looking forward to meeting! About my yard I have a big backyard that has lots of areas to explore all fully-fenced and dog friendly. The back yard is great for quick rest-stop needs (eg, if nature calls in the middle of the night) and on beautiful days it's nice to just hang out there and watch the squirrels and birds in the trees. My experience administering medication I'm comfortable administering oral and noninvasive medications, but not comfortable doing injections. When I'm caring for a pet I really enjoy their company, so spend most of the time hanging out with them or taking them places with me, if appropriate depending on the pet. If your pet has special needs like separation anxiety or a strict medication schedule, I plan my schedule around their care and comfort. I have a big, fully fenced back yard that is wonderful for sniffing around, playing fetch, watching birds and squirrels, and hanging out together when the weather's nice. In the house your pup is welcome to hang out wherever I am at the moment - kitchen, desk, bedroom. Sleeping arrangements will be per your instructions.

About: Sup, pup parents! I’m Kim, a genuine, dedicated pet lover, pet caregiver and pet groomer with many years of experience. I’m honored to have the opportunity to care for your precious furry people! Beginning July 2022, I went from caring for animals part-time to caring for animals full-time. I have an endless amount of experience in a multitude of career choices. All my experiences have led me to today, caring for animals in any capacity. I’m originally from Mississippi. I graduated from Ole Miss. Lived in Nashville, Tennessee, for four years. I lived in Utah for 28 years. And I moved to South Carolina, September, 2024, just before Hurricane Helene welcomed me to the area! I’ve owned and operated several businesses (preschools/daycare centers, a life coaching practice, and a gift shop). Along with business ownership, I have worked in additional fields such as advertising, marketing, sales, and public relations. I have worked with and I have cared for over 350 different dogs in the past two and a half years (July will be three years). Like people, each and every pup is different, so each and every booking comes with more experience that helps me learn and grow. I’m able to customize the care for each doggie. I’ve received some professional training for different dog breeds, temperaments, behavioral responses, and dog grooming. I receive additional education from a multitude of resources, all to ensure your babies are safe, comfortable and happy. In my lifetime I have had lots of different pets in my home, from being a child up until now. My first pet was a grey Mini Schnauzer named Gretchen. Other dogs: Scarlett the Irish Setter, Shawn the Irish Setter, Wrigley the white Lab, Mandy the Cocker Spaniel, Jackson the black and white Shi Tzu, Sam the English cream Golden Retriever, Chrissy the belenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Manning the ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Currently I have Gibson a Tan and white Shih Tzu and Jenny a grey and white Shih Tzu Poodle mix. They are the loves of my life! I’ve also had LOTS of cats over the years. A few of the cats were: Sugar, Oreo, Dexter, Nala, Jack, Greyson, and my Claire Bear. December of 2024, I had to put down my 15 yr baby girl kitty, Claire. I’m still mourning her loss. I’ve also had other types of pets: a ferret, hamsters, guinea pig, fancy rats, turtle, tarantula, corn snake, parakeets, and of course fish! Prior to moving to South Carolina, I boarded dogs, I provided doggie daycare, I did drop-ins, and I groomed dogs. I was living with my son, daughter-in-love, and two granddaughters, (the reasons I moved here), from Sep to Dec 2024, and then mid December, I found a mobile home in the country with LOTS of land! I am working towards getting my business booming again! My new place isn’t fancy for humans, yet it’s a haven for pups! It’s not French Country, it’s just country! Dogs will be indoors receiving LOTS of love and attention. I have an enclosed area on the front porch and I have a large deck in the back, so there are plenty of spaces to roam around and play. I’m situated on two acres of land. Depending on a dog’s training level, we will either play in the yard or take walks around on the property. A large secured fenced-in area will be completed by the end of May. ---------- Services Provided 1. Pup Boarding & Pup Play for the Day 2. Pup Pop-ins 3. Pup Pampering (Grooming) Pup Boarding & Pup Play for the Day Stay overnight or doggie daycare to come play for the day Pup Pop-ins Coming to your home for 30 or 60 mins at a time Pup Pampering (Grooming) Basic grooming (pre-bath prep, bath, blow dry, & trim). Additional grooming services also available ---------- I have skills handling all types of temperaments, like high-energy pets for example. I have experience with non-neutered/non-spayed dogs, administering medication, calming anxious animals, providing medical care, training, grooming, separation anxiety, play activities, and so much more. I’m available seven days a week. If I work on Sundays, I try to have that day a little more relaxed and low-key, just so the dogs and myself can have a little down time and a break. I’ll only do one grooming a day. I’ll do two if the dogs are already boarding with me. Sometimes a groom may be spread out between two days, all depends on the dog. I’ve groomed about 75 different dogs with several of those dogs being groomed more than once. I’ve had schooling for grooming, yet the more dogs I groom, the better I get! I have a love for life that includes things and activities like: spending time with my granddaughters; grooming my own dogs; playing board and card games; acrylic painting; diamond art; anything crafty; decorating; gift wrapping; football (especially my Ole Miss Rebels); and of course stopping to pet any dog or animal that is within six feet! So please reach out with any questions you may have! I miss all of my former clients, especially the ones I got to care for daily and weekly! Hoping to love on some new furries soon! Whenever you need help while you’re away at work, while you’re away on vacation, or while you’re away for any event or any reason, I hope I’m your choice for pet care. I’d be delighted to care for your love bugs in any capacity! Caring for fury love bugs is my full-time job. A basic schedule: Mornings: potty & breakfast Mid morning: treat Potty Mid afternoon: treat Potty 6:30PM: dinner 9:30PM: potty In between is playtime, lots of loves, grooming, training, poop scooping, disinfecting, & doggie massages at night! Safety and trust are my priorities. Even though the pet parent homes are different, the environment is the same. Each environment is filled with love and positive energy. Each pup is treated as if they were my own!

About: I have 25 years of experience as a pet sitter being self-dubbed the "overnight queen" as I specialize in overnight stays of any length. The dogs and I have FUN slumber parties during which I fully engage with and interact with them, playing with their toys and giving the most excellent tummy rubs imaginable! Owners are happy too as they return to a happy pet - dogs "tell" by their behavior and in over 500 pet sits, every dog has been safe, sound ... and happy! In fact, many owners say I did a great job because "my dog acted like it didn't even know I was away!" All dogs love me ... and I love them. Dogs are people, too - only better ! I am self-employed so can set my schedule, especially with as much advance notice as possible. I often bring my little 9 pound, Shih Tzu, which I keep and a carry crate and kennel that has worked out fine with both dogs and cats. We can arrange a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure everyone is comfortable. I have separate bedrooms if dogs need their own privacy, but I do try to have dogs interact and be friends. I have a long hallway to play fun games and go get it!

About: I have taken care of various different pets through friends, family, and even working on a farm. I have a flexible schedule and am open to working any hours. I am currently working part time and from home so I have plenty of time of time to take care of your pets whenever needed. I can care for your pets in your home by respecting your wishes and following all directions you have when it comes to feeding, taking them out, and etc.

About: I am an experienced pet care provider with years of experience having had pets of all kinds since I was born. I have some experience with obedience training and I love playing with and walking dogs. I work as a pet care provider full time and have a very flexible, generous schedule. I can’t think of any better way to spend my time than caring for animals. I spend a lot of time with pets. They are like my children. I pet them, talk with them, play with them, groom and walk them regularly. They are allowed on the sofa and our bed but our dogs do happily sleep in their crates at night. That’s not a necessity for your dog if your dog isn’t kennel trained. We are flexible.

About: Hi everyone! I live in Aiken, SC with my husband, our baby girl, and our pets. We have four dogs. I have cared for animals of all ages, including seniors with medical conditions, babies, high-energy animals, and pets that have behavioral concerns, etc. I have completed pet first aid and CPR training through Pet Safety Crusader. I have experience with administering medications, walking, feeding, and cuddling! I have experience administering insulin to cats. I am used to cleaning up after pets that are older and may not always make it outside or to their litter box for the bathroom, and animals that may try to dart out open doors or gates. I am mostly a stay-at-home mom during the week- my husband works full time regular hours. I am usually very available on weekends, and weekdays after 6 pm. I might be able to complete drop ins during the week if your dog is baby-friendly (she would be in a carrier or wrap during my visit). I am a new mom to a 10-month-old, so I no longer provide overnight care to people generally speaking! One of my dogs can be "dog selective" and tends to resource guard... so for everyone's safety, I do NOT watch pets in my home. Exceptions can be made for rodents or reptiles. I want to keep your pets as safe as possible while sticking to their usual routine while you're away. I pride myself on my clear communication. I recognize how scary it can be to leave your pets in the care of a stranger, and I am happy to do a "meet & greet" with you and your pets prior to booking. The more information you can give me about your pet(s), the better.

About: I’ve taken care of my senior, adopted dog. He required special care as he came to us with a lot of emotional scarring. I loved on him until the end and he became my soul dog. We also got a puppy when he was 12 weeks old. So I have experience dealing with puppy energy and house training. I am working from home right now, and have a very open schedule. I can come morning, afternoon and evenings. I’m even comfortable with late nights. I am comfortable feeding, providing medicine and basic health care needs. I live in a house with no fence so I am very comfortable walking dogs.

“Madelynn was incredibly flexible and able to add in extra walks last minute when we were forced to remain out of town for a family emergency. She was incredibly responsive and wonderful to our dogs.”

About: I am naturally good with animals and have a knack for understanding their body language. I grew up in a loving family, helping to provide care for a menagerie of both large and small animals, from dogs, cats, and rats, to horses, goats, and chickens and many more in between. I have extensive knowledge of animals and extensive experience caring for them, from my own animals, to shadowing vets, to earning my C1 rating in USPC, to proving care for other people's furry family members. I know the traits of numerous dog breeds, and have experience with GSDs, Border Collies, Dachshunds, American Eskimo, MinPins, and the beloved mixed breed, the Mutt. I am patient and consistent, with a gentle, confident approach that animals respond to positively. Before pouring on the affection, I allow them space to adjust and build trust. I'm responsible, dedicated, and trustworthy; knowledgeable about basic first aid, nutrition, and coat care; and strive to provide exceptional animal care and top-notch communication with all my clients. I love spending time with animals and find it all very rewarding. Pet care is my passion and my full-time vocation. When you book care with me, you can be confident that I am 100 percent dedicated to your schedule and your pet’s care requirements. I am available for routine "well-checks," play-date drop-ins, walks, overnights, extended stays, or a care schedule based on your unique needs. The nature of this job requires flexibility and I’m dedicated to providing a calendar that is as available as possible, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The safety of your pets and the care of your home is of utmost importance to me, as is the comfort and happiness of your pets. Under my care, your pet will be kept safe under all circumstances, including in hot weather, during thunder or holiday fireworks, and in the presence of poisonous foods or plants. I will have "eyes-on" your pet and can recognize when an animal is showing signs of not feeling well. In case of a minor injury, I can provide basic first aid, or provide interim care if your pet needs to be seen by a veterinarian. My conduct in your home and with your pets will always be professional. I will follow all rules: No pets on the couch, no problem; Sassy doesn't like her ears touched, I’ll be careful not to; don't use the side entrance, not an issue. My focus is to help you by following your directions to the tee while maintaining your pets schedule and well-being in the way you want while you are away. I will clean up after myself and after your pets, and upon your request, I can water your plants and feed your fish. I am honest, dependable, and trustworthy, and at all times will be respectful of you, your privacy, your pets, your home, and your belongings.

I will clean up after myself and after your pets, and upon your request, I can water your plants and feed your fish. I am honest, dependable, and trustworthy, and at all times will be respectful of you, your privacy, your pets, your home, and your belongings.
