“I contacted Cassie about watching my pup Ginger while I was at the Gorge Amphitheater for a concert. This was my first time boarding Ginger & was a little worried but Cassie was so sweet & communicative throughout the entire visit I knew Ginger was in good hands! Would definitely recommend Cassie for any future boardings!”

“Ashley was easy to work with and drop off and pick up went very smoothly. She provided pictures throughout our pup’s ten day stay and kept me updated on any important details. Her home was dog friendly. Appreciated her willingness to watch our dog for a long stay and all of her communication. Would use again!”

“I had a great experience boarding my dog with Alana! She was very responsive and did a great job staying on top of communications. She’s got a wonderful place right by the lake with a fully fenced in yard that’s great for pups to romp around in, and her dog Legend was a perfect fit for my playful girl. I’m looking forward to boarding my dog with her again the next time we visit Moses Lake!”
“Zander made sure we felt comfortable leaving our dogs with him and his family. This was a last minute reservation and I couldn't be happier with the care and consideration he took with our pups.”

“I had such a great experience boarding with Teya and Trish! Honey Bun was clearly well cared for—she got to lounge in a luxurious cat tower, enjoy plenty of treats, and soak up all the love. I especially appreciated the regular photo and video updates. It gave me total peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands!”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my extensive hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I have years of experience working with dogs through professional grooming, breeding, and showing, so I’m comfortable recognizing individual needs and adjusting my care accordingly. I’m especially experienced with puppies and young dogs, including basic manners, crate routines, leash skills, grooming desensitization, and helping them build confidence in new situations. I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets who may need a slower pace, extra patience, frequent potty breaks, or a little more help getting comfortable. Because of my grooming background, I can also help maintain coats, brush pets, clean up after messy adventures, and keep an eye out for changes in their skin, coat, ears, or overall condition. Most importantly, I treat every pet as an individual and focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday routine. I work with animals regularly through grooming, showing, and caring for my own dogs, so feeding, potty breaks, exercise, grooming, playtime, and one-on-one attention are built into my day. I’m able to plan my schedule around the pets in my care and make sure they receive plenty of attention rather than simply being checked on between other commitments. I care for every pet based on their individual routine, personality, and comfort level. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, feeding according to their normal schedule, playtime, exercise, and a clean, comfortable environment. I can accommodate crates and other routines they are accustomed to. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, medications when instructed, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special care requests. I also make sure their space stays clean and secure. My goal is to keep pets comfortable, happy, and stress-free while their owners are away.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Ephrata
Cassie provided the perfect boarding experience for our 8yr-old Siberian Husky Male. We are from out of state and were attending a local music festival. Each day we received updates, photos and videos (fantastic communicating!). This sitter is professional and very experienced with multiple dogs. Her home was dog friendly and featured a nice fenced back yard as a safe play-space.

Cassie was all the things with an anxious dog mom! Our last minute booking was well received and organized within a short period of time. At drop off she invited us in to look around to ensure our girl was comfortable before we left. We received updates by photo throughout the two days. It was clear Cassie understands that not all dogs need the same things and accommodated our pup with quieter spaces and more human time than dog play time. Thanks for making everything so effortless, Cassie.

Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
