“Here's a review highlight that covers all the points you mentioned: "Our dog sitter was amazing! They provided regular picture updates, so we always knew our pup was happy and well cared for. Their professionalism shone through in every detail, from punctuality to the thoughtful communication. They treated our dog with such kindness, taking them on exciting hiking trips to local parks and ensuring they got plenty of exercise. They even brought along treats, which our dog absolutely loved! And of course, the cuddles—they made sure our furry friend felt loved and comforted while we were away. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter!"”

“Cassie is phenomenal! My wife and I went to see a concert at The Gorge and needed a sitter for one day into the evening. Cassie sent pictures and video and snuggled our pup the whole time. If we ever come back for another concert I would love to have her watch Teddy again!”

“Leann was fantastic with our three fur babies which allowed us a weekend at The Gorge with peace of mind that they would be well cared for. Our crew has a variety of needs and challenges and she was quite unphased and gave us reassurance with confidence. She knew how nervous we were and provided photos and updates that fully allowed us to enjoy our time away. When we picked up our crew, they were healthy, happy, and calm and it was wonderful to see that they managed so well. As a side note, our two Dobermans have previously struggled with other boarders and always rubbed their noses raw but in her care, showed no stress signs and were quick to adjust back into our routine with no setbacks! That is a really big deal. I would highly recommend Leann for pet sitting and, more importantly, so would our dogs.”

“I had such a great experience boarding with Teya and Trish! Honey Bun was clearly well cared for—she got to lounge in a luxurious cat tower, enjoy plenty of treats, and soak up all the love. I especially appreciated the regular photo and video updates. It gave me total peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands!”

“Alana was the best!. She took our little dog Duke and sent us photos and texts on what he was up to. She was quick to communicate. We needed to adjust our days of Duke's stay and she completely understood and was happy to make it work for us. I would highly recommend Alana and we have already set up another date.”

“Ashley was easy to work with and drop off and pick up went very smoothly. She provided pictures throughout our pup’s ten day stay and kept me updated on any important details. Her home was dog friendly. Appreciated her willingness to watch our dog for a long stay and all of her communication. Would use again!”

“Zander made sure we felt comfortable leaving our dogs with him and his family. This was a last minute reservation and I couldn't be happier with the care and consideration he took with our pups.”

“Taylor is the best!! Paisley loved her time with her and her two Labs. Taylor took amazing care of Paisley, loved on her and treated her like the queen Paisley thinks she is. Taylor is our go too from now on. We can be gone and not worry, thank you Taylor !!”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my extensive hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I have years of experience working with dogs through professional grooming, breeding, and showing, so I’m comfortable recognizing individual needs and adjusting my care accordingly. I’m especially experienced with puppies and young dogs, including basic manners, crate routines, leash skills, grooming desensitization, and helping them build confidence in new situations. I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets who may need a slower pace, extra patience, frequent potty breaks, or a little more help getting comfortable. Because of my grooming background, I can also help maintain coats, brush pets, clean up after messy adventures, and keep an eye out for changes in their skin, coat, ears, or overall condition. Most importantly, I treat every pet as an individual and focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday routine. I work with animals regularly through grooming, showing, and caring for my own dogs, so feeding, potty breaks, exercise, grooming, playtime, and one-on-one attention are built into my day. I’m able to plan my schedule around the pets in my care and make sure they receive plenty of attention rather than simply being checked on between other commitments. I care for every pet based on their individual routine, personality, and comfort level. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, feeding according to their normal schedule, playtime, exercise, and a clean, comfortable environment. I can accommodate crates and other routines they are accustomed to. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, medications when instructed, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special care requests. I also make sure their space stays clean and secure. My goal is to keep pets comfortable, happy, and stress-free while their owners are away.

“Samuel was wonderful as always! My new kitten really warmed up to him :) and he takes great care of my senior cat on medication every time. Samuel is my go -to sitter - always reliable and really good with animals:)”

“Riley was super reliable and communicative, and took great care of my cat for a couple of weeks while I was out of town! She provided clear and detailed updates after each visit, including a bunch of pictures. I definitely recommend her!”

“Our cats received excellent care from Zander! Not only did he take care of the boys, he made sure we knew when something at home appeared amiss. I appreciated his extra set of eyes on our home while we were out of town and coming home to happy, happy, happy cats! Thank you, Zander!”

“This was my first time using Rover. When I met Shelly, I knew she was the perfect fit. Our cat Wally is not always welcoming to new people, especially when we are not around. Shelly took time to interact with Wally. Her updates after each visit were appreciated and helped me feel comfortable knowing that Wally was doing great while on vacation. Shelly even brought fresh catnip, which Wally loved. I would recommend Shelly. She has a warm and friendly presence.”

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and everyone who knows me knows I’m a true animal lover. I currently share my home with two English Bull Terriers and two mixed Dachshunds, so caring for dogs is simply part of my everyday routine. My dogs are family, and I treat every dog with the same love and attention I give my own. I’ve raised puppies and cared for pregnant dogs, which has given me experience with dogs in different stages of life and with different personalities and needs. One of my favorite things is taking dogs on adventures, playing with them, and enjoying the unconditional love they bring. There is something so special about the bond we share with our dogs, and I understand how important it is to trust someone with a beloved family member. When your dog is with me, they’ll be cared for by someone who genuinely loves animals and understands that pets aren’t just pets…they’re family. Pet care is already a big part of my daily life since I have my own dogs. My day naturally includes feeding, letting them out, walks, playtime, and making sure they’re comfortable and cared for throughout the day. I’m used to being attentive to their needs and adjusting my schedule around them. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, my main focus is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from the owner.

“Alana was great. She did a drop in for my two dogs. We had a small miscommunication about what was needed and she fixed it immediately with an additional drop in. My dogs were happy and healthy when we got home.”

About: I have years of hands-on experience working with animals and understand that every cat has a different personality and comfort level. I’m confident caring for everything from playful kittens who need extra attention and routine to senior cats who prefer a slower, gentler approach. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, litter box care, brushing, nail care, basic grooming, and giving cats the space they need to feel safe. My grooming and animal-handling background has also taught me how to recognize stress and adjust my approach rather than forcing interaction. I’m patient with shy, nervous, or less-social cats and take the time to earn their trust. I treat every pet as an individual and focus on keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible while their family is away.

“Cristal is very responsive, giving us pictures & video updates of our pup's care & stay with her! She is very caring. Would boom with her again anytime, as well as, refer her to family & friends too. Thank you Cristal”

“Jessica is the best! My dog loves going to her house during the day and I can tell because she jumps from my truck and runs right to Jessica's door when we arrive. My dog is always very tired at night so I know she's had a good day with lots of play time. Jessica was very accommodating of my long work schedule and is very responsive. I will definitely be using her again.”

“Leann was great with our dogs. She is very experienced and obviously loves dogs! We were comfortable and confident after we left our dogs with her. They had a great day and we plan to contact her again in the near future!”

“I had never left our pup Jacco with a sitter we didn't know and a house he didn't know. Alana made the experience very easy. She communicated exceptionally and made me feel at ease leaving Jacco there. He stayed from 8 am to 4 pm while we attended a horse auction (that would have been impossible with a pup in tow in 100 degree heat). He was content with Alana and happy as can be when we picked him up. This was my first experience with Rover and it reminded me of my first experience with AirBnb way back in 2011! Glad to say, they were both good. Highly recommend Alana if you need a sitter in Moses Lake.”
