About: Hi! I’m an experienced animal lover with over 10 years of hands-on care for pets of all kinds. I offer pet sitting in my home or yours, boarding, and dog walking. We treat every animal like our own, and pets truly love their time here. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as cats and even reptiles of all types. Your pets will be safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away!! I am available for overnights on the weekends when I am not at work so I have more time to dedicate to your sweet pet. I care for pets in my home and in my clients’ homes by following their normal routines as closely as possible. I feed pets according to their usual schedule and diet, provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I carefully follow any instructions given by pet parents, including medications, special needs, or training preferences. About: Grew up on a farm with 20 dogs. I had my own dogs and have cared for family and friends’ dogs and cats for years. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend quality time with pets throughout the day. Whether it’s keeping them company, going for walks, playing or sticking to their routine. I care for every pet as if they were my own by following their normal routine, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medications if needed and plenty of love and attentions. About: I've had cats and dogs throughout my life and have always loved caring for animals. Most of my experience comes from caring for my own pets and helping care for family members' pets. I've also cared for animals with special needs, including pets who need medications or special diets. I currently have a Pomeranian of my own, and I'm comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities (My parents have a large Rottweiler I care for when they are out). I’m happy to follow your pet's normal routine, whether they need a walk, feeding, medication, playtime, or simply some company while you're away. I work full-time during the week, so I offer morning and evening care on weekdays and have more flexibility on weekends. I'll treat your pets with the same care and attention I'd want someone to give mine. I’m primarily available for longer visits and house sitting on weekends. For house sitting, I’m not able to stay at a client’s home continuously during weekday work hours, so I’m best suited for pets who are comfortable being alone for part of the day. I’m always upfront about my schedule so I can give every pet the attention and care they deserve. I work full time during the week, so my weekday availability is mainly early mornings and evenings. I’m also available for visits after work when they fit my commute. Weekends are when I have the most flexibility, so I can spend much more time with your pets and offer longer visits or more hands-on care. I also do school online, so I typically keep Sundays for schoolwork and planning, but im open to short check ins. I do have house sitting active because I can spend good time with your pets on the weekend when I have availability but I CAN NOT stay the night/full time at your home, I have my own pets I have to care for as well so it would be difficult. I have a fenced yard where dogs can get some supervised outdoor time, but the fence is not tall enough for me to consider it escape-proof for larger or athletic dogs. I will always supervise pets while they are outside. If you prefer your dog to stay on a leash, I’m also happy to take them for walks around my neighborhood. I’m careful about following each pet’s routine, instructions, and individual needs.
About: I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember, including your not so normal fur friends, like a baby deer, chinchillas, sugar gliders, raccoons, a squirrel and that is where my love of all animals started. My mother would nurse back to health any animal she could and taught me the care and respect animals deserve. I’ve been a professional pet sitter for 15 years and come with a plethora of references. My pet sitting skills also include care for senior pets that require medications, and syringe feeding. I would love to be the one your trust for your fur pets! I do have a full time job. I work 8:30 to 4:30 Mon-Thursday and get off at 12:30 pm on Fridays. I’m off every Saturday and Sunday. I would make sure to feed and let everyone out in the mornings, and come spend the night at your house for the rest of the evening so your beloved pet doesn’t have the stress of being somewhere they don’t recognize, so they can relax and be comfortable at home while you’re away. I take pride in knowing every pet’s unique quirks, whether that be to have to add special human food to their bowl, needing to be hand fed, a special dinner feeding song, or having to act like you’re cooking their food on the stove. I’ve seen them all and I take pride in assuring you your babies will be taken care of with the utmost respect and care you give them yourself. I’m also experienced in giving medications. I do not offer pet care on my own home. My care can include drop ins only if needed, or full overnight care.
About: I love all animals especially dogs. I have a yorkie poo and I have plenty of experience with dogs I love them like they are my own children. Very patient with training and potty training. Also familiar with pad training or whatever else you require or feel is necessary. Message me if you need help with your furry friends and I will be more than glad to help with whatever you may need. About: I’ve cared for my bulldog at home for many years now and make frequent visits to my grandmothers house to help her take care of her beagles. I have always had a passion to make animals specifically dogs time on earth the best it can be. I know they are incredibly misunderstood and no matter the animal, I have always found a way to get along with the fur baby. On days I don’t work, it would be amazing to get the opportunity to do this as to me it’s not considered a job Make them feel comfortable and let them know that you are there for them. About: I have experience taking care of dogs , cats and farm animals. I also have a cat and bunny I take care of right now. I have taken care of all different sizes of dogs and breeds. I am very used to being around cats as well because I grew up with them. I am free before work and after work during the week. Usually I work from 7:30-2 but it depends on the weather since I’m a landscaper. And I’m available all day on the weekends as well. I will respect your home as well as your pets. About: I am a state certified veterinary technician and also someone who has had a love for all animals since I was a kid. I've been helping all animals personally (and then professionally) for years...actually decades! I treat all fur-babies as I would my own. The unconditional love we receive from our pets is something I treasure and never take for granted. Whether young pups and kittens, or senior dogs and cats, I give them all the attention and love they deserve and crave (especially while their parents/owners are away). My schedule is currently wide open, as I have just moved back to Prospect, KY recently and am looking for the right fit in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital. My schedule is quite flexible, so I can work around yours. With my state certified veterinary technician license I am able to do things that others are not. I can also tell you what may be a start of an ear infection or allergies or nothing at all! I enjoy going to dog parks, taking walks, playing fetch (or keep away haha) but also enjoy the quiet calm time while rubbing bellies and brushing hair. Also dog massages for the senior dogs helps tons with their aches and pains and I more than willing to assist. It actually puts them in a calming trance. Cats and I are a sort of soul mate (maybe it’s the name haha) but I have dealt with watching 5 cats at an owners house and 3 of the 5 had special medical needs that I was more than happy to help! They started booking me a year out ahead of time if they could!
About: I have grown up with all types of animals my whole life. I have a deep love and connection with animals. I have one cat right now and I care for a friends giant Schnauzer as needed. I am able to feed your babies and take them for walks or just some fun play time . I work Monday through Thursday 6am-430pm I am available after work and on the weekends. I can do overnight at your home or just come for feeding or walks. I do work in Louisville and I’m there a lot so the distance is no problem. I can have animals overnight at my place but only on the weekends Thursday evening to Sunday evening . My cat has 3 towers for play and many other toys. I clean her box 3/4 times a week, and check food and water daily.

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
