About: Grew up on a farm with 20 dogs. I had my own dogs and have cared for family and friends’ dogs and cats for years. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend quality time with pets throughout the day. Whether it’s keeping them company, going for walks, playing or sticking to their routine. I care for every pet as if they were my own by following their normal routine, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medications if needed and plenty of love and attentions. I also respect my clients’ home by keeping them clean, secure, and following all instructions to make sure that both pets and owners feel comfortable and at ease.
About: I've had cats and dogs throughout my life and have always loved caring for animals. Most of my experience comes from caring for my own pets and helping care for family members' pets. I've also cared for animals with special needs, including pets who need medications or special diets. I currently have a Pomeranian of my own, and I'm comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities (My parents have a large Rottweiler I care for when they are out). I’m happy to follow your pet's normal routine, whether they need a walk, feeding, medication, playtime, or simply some company while you're away. I work full-time during the week, so I offer morning and evening care on weekdays and have more flexibility on weekends. I'll treat your pets with the same care and attention I'd want someone to give mine. I’m primarily available for longer visits and house sitting on weekends. For house sitting, I’m not able to stay at a client’s home continuously during weekday work hours, so I’m best suited for pets who are comfortable being alone for part of the day. I’m always upfront about my schedule so I can give every pet the attention and care they deserve. I work full time during the week, so my weekday availability is mainly early mornings and evenings. I’m also available for visits after work when they fit my commute. Weekends are when I have the most flexibility, so I can spend much more time with your pets and offer longer visits or more hands-on care. I also do school online, so I typically keep Sundays for schoolwork and planning, but im open to short check ins. I do have house sitting active because I can spend good time with your pets on the weekend when I have availability but I CAN NOT stay the night/full time at your home, I have my own pets I have to care for as well so it would be difficult. I have a fenced yard where dogs can get some supervised outdoor time, but the fence is not tall enough for me to consider it escape-proof for larger or athletic dogs. I will always supervise pets while they are outside. If you prefer your dog to stay on a leash, I’m also happy to take them for walks around my neighborhood. I’m careful about following each pet’s routine, instructions, and individual needs.
About: I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember, including your not so normal fur friends, like a baby deer, chinchillas, sugar gliders, raccoons, a squirrel and that is where my love of all animals started. My mother would nurse back to health any animal she could and taught me the care and respect animals deserve. I’ve been a professional pet sitter for 15 years and come with a plethora of references. I do not offer pet care on my own home. My care can include drop ins only if needed, or full overnight care.

About: I've had at least four dogs as long as I can remember. As a child, they were my first companions and my second caretakers. Even as I grew into an adult, they were always there to comfort me and to brighten the darkest of days. Dogs hold a very special place in my heart and I am eager to give back what they so willingly give; love, acceptance, understanding, comfort, and joy. In the last two years, I have gone from four dogs to one, due to Cancer and Congestive Heart Failure, and I must admit that their absence has affected me deeply. I miss them so so so much!! I'm one of those people that celebrated their dog's birthdays and bought them copious presents for Christmas. While my friends were pulling out their family pics, I was always pulling out my dog pics. I share this same sentiment towards birds, rabbits, and cats; all of which I had growing up. Being surrounded by animals as a child was a great experience. It even prompted me to volunteer at the ASPCA for almost a year. As I hope you can tell, I will not only provide what your pet (s) needs to survive, but I will also provide him/her with special attention and love. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
