About: Choosing someone to care for your dog is a big decision, and you want peace of mind knowing they're in capable, loving hands. I've had the pleasure of caring for many dogs over the years, both in their own homes and in mine. This experience has taught me how to truly care for dogs, making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved. You can rest assured your dog will be well-cared for, receiving plenty of attention, playtime, and comfort. Since I work from home, your dog seamlessly becomes part of my day! They'll get consistent attention and supervision because I'm around most of the time. This means no long stretches of being alone; instead, they'll be right in the mix of a lively, active household. We'll fit in plenty of potty breaks, playtime, and even just cozy lounging nearby while I'm at my desk. My schedule is super flexible, so it's easy to make sure they get their walks, meals, and individual play sessions right on time. When caring for pets, I treat them like part of the family—whether in my home or yours. I follow their usual routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. In my home, we have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play, and I can easily crate your dog if needed or requested. I provide a clean, secure, and comfortable environment where your pet can feel at ease. In your home, I’m respectful of your space while making sure your pet feels safe and loved. I also send regular updates with messages and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have always loved their their energy and companionship. Today, I’m lucky to have 2 large pups in our family, and I truly cherish every moment with them. The remaining part of the summer my hours are flexible. I can work from home and spend time with your fur babies throughout the day! I have a fenced in back yard and have 2 large, very kid and dog friendly pups. If we were to offer daycare or boarding we also have the ability to crate if needed.

About: I have never lived in a house without cats or dogs, and I have friends who taught me to care for hamsters and guinea pigs. My neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, pet, play with, and clean up after their own pets. I also accepted responsibilities to water plants, take in mail, and tidy up the house for you. I know every pet is different, so no matter how shy or friendly, anxious or excited, I'm always happy to make your pet feel loved while you're away. I'm available to help anytime between 7am and 8pm, and I'm happy to split my time throughout the day to meet your pet's needs. I just ask that my total working time doesn't exceed 8 hours daily. I make sure to take care of all your pet’s basic needs, including providing fresh food and water, walking your dog any distance they need, and giving them plenty of playtime either outside or indoors. I’m also happy to clean up after them and keep them company throughout the day so they feel safe and never lonely.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was a teenager. I’m the go-to for friends, neighbors and family who need a safe, fenced-in, loving and fun place to leave their dogs while on vacation or just for the day. We have two doodles who love to make new friends! (I took a 2-year hiatus when our senior dog passed away and we welcomed a new doodle into the family. She is well-adjusted and ready for friends, so I am excited to be available once again to care for your sweet pups!) From the moment you leave your dog/s with me, they become top priority. I am an artist that works from home so they will have company all day and will be able to go outside at any time. I will also take them on walks if requested. I have a large fenced-in backyard and two doodles that love to play outside and go for walks. Your dog/s will be welcome to go outside as much as they’d like, rest on the furniture and sleep on the bed if that’s what they’re used to! Of course if your dog is being crate-trained or prefers to sleep in one, I’m happy to accommodate. In the event that I need to run an errand while I am sitting your dog, I will put them in a crate for their own comfort and safety. I have multiple sizes of crates, but feel free to bring one if you prefer I use your’s. And please include any blankets/stuffies/toys that remind them of home if you so desire!

About: I have taken care of pets ever since I was little. I grew up with a German Shepherd and a Bishon Frise. I enjoyed taking care of both animals when I was mature enough! When I was out of the house I would frequently take care of my roommates dog & cat, as well as my brothers two dogs. I now have a dog of my own, my Presley! Presley is an English Crème Golden Retriever and I love taking care of him. He’s very good with other dogs! :) I work from home, and am able to adjust my schedule when necessary. I usually take my pup for a walk/hike at least once a day. I’m able to walk the dogs together or take other dogs on one on one walks. I care for pets by recognizing their needs. I’m happy to go on walks, runs, and hikes to help get their energy out. I also have water and an on the go bowl for the dogs. I’m very attentive and promise to love your fur baby well.

“Lori was excellent and made my first time using Rover a breeze! She took fantastic care of my cat during her visits and sent updates along the way. She is a great communicator and very caring! I will definitely be a repeat client :)”

About: I’ve been dog-sitting since I was a child, caring for a wide variety of breeds—from Toy Poodles to Golden Doodles. Dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities have a special place in my heart. I currently have a 10-year-old Havaton named Winnie, who’s been my loyal companion for years, so I know firsthand how important it is to find someone who treats your dog like family. Over the years, I’ve walked, fed, bathed, and cared for dogs with unique needs—from anxious pups to high-energy breeds and sweet seniors. I believe every dog deserves to feel safe, seen, and deeply loved. Whether your dog needs extra cuddle time, play breaks, or just a calm, reassuring presence, I tailor my care to match their individual personality and routine. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine right now! I recently graduated this past May and am currently focusing on finding the right post-grad job. While I navigate this next chapter, I’m using pet sitting and dog walking to stay active, earn some extra income, and spend time doing something I genuinely love. I’ve always had a deep love for animals, and caring for them brings me so much joy and peace. Plus, I enjoy getting outside, going for walks, and being present with animals—it’s the perfect balance while I focus on my career goals. I’m flexible, dependable, and committed to making sure your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I always prioritize safety, comfort, and keeping their routine consistent. I treat your space with respect and make sure your pet feels loved and at ease in their familiar environment. If I’m caring for pets in my home, they’ll be part of a calm, loving environment with plenty of attention, potty breaks, and cozy spots to relax. I have two cats and one dog who are all friendly and used to being around other animals, so I always make sure introductions are gradual and stress-free. No matter the setting, I show up with patience, kindness, and the goal of making your pet feel like I’m a trusted friend, not just a sitter.

“Ava was great. We had to book her last minute for a funeral. Right before we left our dog developed diarrhea and we felt so bad. We will definitely book her again next time we leave town!”

Ellisville dog parents share their Rover experiences
Cynthia was awesome! We video chatted prior to the visits and my daughter showed her how to mix the food for Geico, the crested gecko. We also showed her the 2 tanks so she would know what to look for. Cynthia sent us pics from her visit which was appreciated. Since these drop ins were for 2 geckos Cynthia was the perfect person because she has a bearded dragon and experience with reptiles. Highly recommend Cynthia, especially if your pet is not the norm!
