About: I’ve grown up with 3 dogs in my family, along with many other animals! I have had weeks where i am caring for them on my own and I absolutely love caring for them. I have watched a fellow students husky puppy for 2 weeks and helped train him as well. I have always loved animals and I love meeting and caring new ones! I will respect my clients home and only allow their pets where I am told is allowed. About: Hi! I’m Shannon and I am currently a senior at JMU. I’ve been taking care of dogs most of my life, as I have 3 currently at home, so I have tons of experience from the puppy stages on. I’ve also pet sit for neighbors and friends since middle school, and absolutely love it. I am a huge dog lover, and with my fur-babies being back home, I would love to help out while I’m away at school! I’m currently a full-time college student, so I will have plenty of time throughout the day to stop in between classes to play and have plenty of potty breaks. My dog gets excited every time he sees her and she makes sure to spend extra time petting him and playing with him outside of her required duties...walking, feeding, etc. I have seen her interact with my dog as well as other animals, and I can tell she genuinely has a love for animals, and animals have a love for her. I would trust her with my dog any day and know that she would go above and beyond. Julia is the first person I ask when I need help with my pup. She is an excellent communicator and is very flexible. I would recommend Julia in a heartbeat, she is wonderful!”
