About: I’m a proud dog parent to Moonie, my very smart 3 year old Maltipoo, and I also live with a 4 year old Pomeranian — so yes, my house is basically dog approved. I love walks, dog parks, treats, and teaching Moonie new tricks. I’ll treat your pup like family, with lots of love, patience, and probably a few compliments ❤️🥰💕 I work in the office some days, but I’m mostly remote and home with the pups. There’s always time for potty breaks, playtime, little backyard zoomies, and cuddle breaks.. so basically, the dogs have a better schedule than we do 😂 I live in a townhouse with a small backyard — perfect for quick potty breaks or a little zoomies session. My neighborhood is safe and great for walks. I always clean paws after potty breaks, keep fresh pee pads available and changed daily, and yes… dogs are allowed on the furniture.

About: Hi! My name is Katie and I am a dog lover living in Elkridge, MD, looking to spend my spare time helping take care of your pets. I have always lived in a household where we care for our four-legged friends as family members. They provide us with so much unconditional love, they deserve everything and more in return! I have spent majority of my life caring for my own dogs and cats, as well as pet sitting for other friends and family members. I have also volunteered with local shelters and animal rescue groups in the past, where I have fostered animals and helped with adoption events. I currently work from home and have the availability to stay with or visit your pet during my day. Whether it’s for home stay, a drop in visit, or nice walk outside, I am able to give your pet the company they need. Your pet will always be treated with love and care as if they were my own. During my visits, I will be sure to be safe and cautious with your pet as if they were my own.

About: WHO ARE WE? The Thacker Family of four. I am Qian, my hubby Andrew and our two fur babies Niko and Hitch. Niko is our very first fur baby,we adopted him when he was five months old. Born with the most affectionate nature as a Shih Tzu, Niko loves to play and is obsessed with miniature tennis balls. Later on, we felt Niko needed a close buddy to play with. We were lucky to have Hitch in the Thacker family! As a half Shih Tzu and half Bichon, Hitch became Niko's best buddy. They love to play, snuggle and cuddle. Your fur babies are welcome to join our family for a staycation! Maybe join us for walks in the patapsco park; we can go explore nature if your fur babies are interested. We go on daily walks at least an hour a day. If your fur babies prefer to stay cool inside, we have plenty of space and a large rooftop to relax. And of course, lots of toys for your fur babies too. WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP? The Thacker family would love to meet and greet your fur baby. We would appreciate booking at least a day in advance. WHAT WOULD WE LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU? 1.What's your fur baby's daily routine? Energy and anxiety level? Potty trained? Any special needs we should pay attention to? Any good or bad behaviors we should learn about? Are they socialized with people/ other dogs? 2.Are they up to date on vaccinations ( rabies, flea tick prevention, Bordetella, lyme prevention, DHPP/DA2PP)? WHAT TO BRING? Your fur babies' favorite food, snacks or toys. If they prefer to sleep in crate, feel free to bring it. WHAT TO EXPECT? 1.Your fur babies will be taken outside 4-5 times daily or as preferred by you. 2. Your baby will be the only one to stay with us during the scheduled time. 3. All fur babies in the house will be separated during meal time or treat time. No worries, just relax and enjoy the meal/snacks. 4.We'll send you lots of picture updates for your fur baby's up and about.
