Safety, trust & environment
As a dog mom myself, I understand the anxiety of leaving behind your furbaby. There’s only a handful of people that I would entrust my dog to and I’d love to be one of those trustworthy person for your dog. I have a multilevel home with dog gates on each stair landing to prevent your furbaby from getting too adventurous. My home is their home. We have crates if they feel safer in a crate as well as two large decks if they like to sunbathe outside. My dog will keep them company and will be a great play partner.
Information Sally H. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs/allergies or behaviors that I need to be aware of! If your dog is reactive to other dogs, my home might not be the right fit as I have a dog at home.
A typical day
I’ll make sure your dog is stimulated both mentally and physically - a tired dog is a happy dog :). Whether that’s through fetch, puzzle games, kings, going on “sniffaris” I’ll find activities to keep your dog engaged and content.

Pet care experience
With years of hands-on experience caring for my own pets, including my dog Kylo, I understand the importance of compassionate, attentive pet care. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for every pet, paying close attention to their unique needs and personalities. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or cozy cuddle sessions, I’ll make sure your pet feels right at home. I may be new to Rover but definitely not a stranger to taking care of dogs. I grew up with a family dog and have volunteered at local animal shelters since high school. We’ve had the pleasure of fostering several lovely pups before they were placed in their furever home. Your furry family member will be in reliable and loving hands! I will only host 1 booking at a time to ensure I am giving my 100% to your pup - this means cuddle sessions, 1:1 play time throughout the day, multiple +30 min walks a day, numerous photos shared throughout the stay, and much more. Meet and greets are optional but encouraged to make sure we’re a good fit 😊
Reviews

We’re repeat customers! Sally provides long walks and lots of love and my dog always seems to do well!

So thoughtful and flexible and caring! My shelter rescue did so well with Sally (and Kylo), and Sally very kindly sent me multiple pictures of my pup enjoying her stay. We’ll definitely be back!
