“My experience with Katrina was great! I had a last-minute family emergency and had to leave the state. She was willing to schedule a meet and greet very quickly after I reached out and maintained open communication throughout my visit. Katrina was taking care of four of my cats, 2 of which are seniors, and one is on medication, so they were my top concern. It was very helpful that I received pictures every visit so I could see that they were eating and doing ok. Also, Katrina helped me out by accepting a last-minute add-on visit while I was still out of town, which was such a relief.
