About: Hello, I’m Kandis, a lifelong Steubenville local with a deep love for animals. Growing up with dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, birds, reptiles, fish, and even farm animals, I’ve gained hands-on experience with pets of all shapes, sizes, and life stages, from playful puppies and the ‘terrible twos’ to senior companions who need gentle care. I love how pets enrich our lives. Whether it’s daily dog walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, or medication reminders, I treat every pet like my own, with the patience and affection they deserve. I’m currently building my dedicated pet sitting and dog walking business in the Steubenville area. My schedule is highly flexible and open most days and times—aside from Saturday and Sunday morning Mass. I have two friendly dogs of my own (a Bernedoodle and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) who love making new friends and providing companionship during stays. I prepare healthy homemade treats like dehydrated fruit and jerky, and I’m experienced managing picky eaters and sensitive stomachs.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels since I was young. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and giving medications if needed. I always make sure each dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m currently in school, but I manage my time well and intentionally plan my schedule around pet care. I’m available before and after school, as well as on weekends, and I make sure I never overbook myself so every dog gets the attention they deserve. Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, so I prioritize it in my weekly routine and stay consistent with walks, feedings, and playtime. I always follow each pet’s routine closely, whether I’m in my client’s home or mine. I stick to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. About: I am a graduate of Penn State University, with a major in Art. Throughout my life, I've lived with and cared for a variety of animals. I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, birds, bunnies, rats, horses, chickens, goats, sheep, and even cows! Each animal varying in my experience, but all loved and cared for to the best of my ability. I do not currently own a car and will not be able to house your pet, but I will walk to your home and do my best to care for them there. My goal is to give your pet, or as I would say, family member, the love and attention they need and deserve while you're away, whether that be a quick walk and feed or a fun sleepover! Either way, I thank you for your time and consideration and I hope to care for your family in the near future! As a newer graduate and someone who just finished a summer/fall seasonal job my schedule has opened quite a bit more. Let me know what times work best for you and we’ll make it happen! About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 9 years! From puppies to senior dogs and everything in between. I raised a husky from a puppy and rescued another husky. I have experience with administering medicine as both required it in their senior years. I have a fenced in yard that will allow your dog to roam free and get a lot of exercise. I’m currently at home every day of the week so I’m available to have your pet in my home to allow for full-time care! I only leave for short periods of time, allowing for a lot of play time with your pet. I have a fenced in yard that allows for a lot of outdoor exercise! There’s also a shaded patio that allows for a shaded area out of the sun. I have kids that love to play with dogs and will keep your pet active and loved during their stay!

I love to hang out, play with them, and ensure they’re happy and well taken care of!😁 I have lots of space for them to play, an awesome family who helps and a nice neighborhood to take them on walks as well! I have my own pup as well, and have plenty of time any day of the week for dogs to board! I’ll spend lots of time hanging with, playing with and keeping them company! Take them for walks, give them a nice big bed with a warm blanket, get them nice clean water and lots of love and comfort! 😁I’m also good at reading dog behavior and body language, and can calmly attend to whatever they need!
