About: I’ve taken care of family members or friends dogs since I was 13. I volunteered at a humane society and I work at a vet clinic as a vet assistant. I’m currently working a part time job on the weekends until the end of October and I’m a college student. I am available during the week after classes. When caring for pets I prioritize their safety, happiness and comfort. I will provide them with their needs which will include playtime and plenty of attention

About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.

I’ll treat your dog like I would want someone to treat my own and make sure you’re kept updated while they’re with me. I also have days with significantly more availability and can accommodate overnight and weekend care depending on my schedule. About: I’ve had animals in my life since I was a baby. I have always enjoyed being around animals and playing with them and building trust with them and being able to cuddle with them on tough days. I have had different types of animals in my life. I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamster, bearded dragon. I currently work part time as a nanny on mondays and Friday and I also currently am trying to create my own business of refurbishing furniture when I have the time. So I am available most days. If yard is fenced I let them run and play and watch them at all times. Otherwise I will put a leash on them so they stay close. I will also pay attention to where they are at all times.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
