We were in contact daily and she made sure that everything went smoothly which is always a concern for me since Luna is a rescue still figuring things out. Communication leading up to the stay was above and beyond and my house was perfectly the way I left it and she even went the extra mile to wash and dry the towels and sheets. A girl after my own heart!!!! I would. highly recommend!!!!!”

“This was my first time using Rover and it was a great experience. My usual boarding facility was full over Thanksgiving and I had to scramble to find other accommodations. Leonarda agreed to come stay at my home and take care of my 2 large dogs (50+ pounds each). She provided references that gave glowing reviews so I decided to give it a shot. She seemed to really enjoy the dogs and I could tell they liked having her around. She sent me photos while I was away so I wouldn't miss them too much. I will 100% look for her help next time I travel.”

About: I have dog sat for several friends over the years in varying sizes and ages. I also grew up taking care of dogs at home! I work from home mostly except for once a week, so I’ll be home most of the time! I also have a good friend l/ neighbor who is close by for the days u do have to go into the office! I’m on a quarter of an acre and a fenced in yard (shown in the picture gallery). Plenty of space for them to roam around in indoors or outdoors!

About: I grew up with several pets and have had several of my own. I currently have a Bor-doodle dog who is service trained. My family used to train and groom dogs so I’m educated on that as well! I do mentoring for children part-time at the moment. But I do make my own schedule and can fit it around all of your pets needs! I care for pets by feeding them, walking them, taking them on hikes, and making sure they get the attention they need while their owner is gone whether that is in home or in my own home!

About: I've had animals in my life since I was 10 years old. I've been a dog trainer, groomer, sitter and many more tasks all dealing with animals from cat to dogs to horses. I have had bunnies , chickens, snakes, hamsters and many more. I currently an available 7 days a week 12 hours a day. I can put you on the calendar and you are set in stone!! I am able to run, walk or play with your furbabies. We can go to the park or lounge inside. Whatever they are used to I will do!!

About: I have been a cat mom for over 2 years and recently became a foster parent. I also volunteers at a cat cafe in Harrisonburg where I feed, engage in interactive activities and provide basic care to more than 10 cats at a time. I am passionate about feline behavior, nutrition and care. I work from home and I have a flexible schedule. I can provide workday check-ins in the morning around noon and afternoon/evenings. Weekends are even more flexible. Keep cats well-being front of mind by planing engaging and appropriate play sessions to promote mental stimulation. Interact and socialize with cats to observe any health related behavior. Feeding and provide daily fresh water, familiar with administering medication, grooming, litter box cleaning and surrounding environment.

About: Passion for taking great care of pets started about 20 years ago. I absolutely adore larger pets. Bonus points if we can play fetch for hours. Full time career allows evening and weekend opportunities. I work from home so usually never to far out of town to step in for needs that may come up. Catch me after my morning coffee and we can do a walk during sunrise as well. We always ensure access to water and good food. No human food, and plenty of treats is a must. Of course Long walks are a must

About: I have taken care of family members and neighbors pets for a little while now and I want to branch out! Dogs are my absolute favorite! I am available anytime on the weekends! I would love to dog sit or walk your lovely pups! I hope to be in contact with you soon. I would like to be able to house sit/watch pets in an owners home when needed. My home is not yet ready to have pets in yet, but hopefully soon!

About: Animals are my life, I have a 6 year old lab mix and 2 kitties that are my kids. I have experience working with animals as I work at the animal shelter during the week days. I really enjoy being around animals and would love to help take care of your baby’s! I work at the animal shelter during the day on week days but I am always free in the evenings and weekends! I do work one Saturday out of the month but will be free those evenings. I don’t mind staying in the home if that is something you would feel comfortable with! I have a dog that loves other dogs if you your baby needs a friend I also have transportation if you would like me to take them to the park or on walks.

About: I’ve helped my neighbor take care of his puppies and dogs for the past three years. Which included walking, feeding, bathing, and cleaning up after. Over this past year I took up dog waking for a dog adoption company. I’m currently working as a tour guide for the summer season. I attend college classes on Monday and Wednesday so I’ll have lots of time for your pups! I have a lots of land and a yard far from the road so I can play with your pup outside! I also have four beautiful dogs to keep your fur baby company!!
