About: I have always had dogs in my life until I recently lost my best friend (dog). My house feels empty without her, but I am not ready for another pet of my own yet. I live in a single family home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice size yard. I enjoy walking your dog around the block, so be sure to bring a leash. I currently work from home during the week. My schedule is active and your pet will never be left alone. There are no other pets living with me at this time. My yard isn't fenced, but I will take your pet for walks about every 2 hours or more often , if needed. Let me know your desires, and I will try to accommodate.

“I have know Melissa for many years. I met her through 4-H when her kids joined our dog training club Fauquier Puppy Pals. I immedately discovered that she was very knowledgeable in training and caring for dogs and she quickly became part of our training team. You can depend on her to come into your home and care for your animals. For this reason, I have used Melissa on several occasions to care for our 3 dogs when we have been out of town. Two of our dogs are on medications/special diets and I KNOW that she ensures they get their medication and their diet is followed. I highly recommend Melissa for caring for your pets.”

As a working/sled dog, my dog naturally pulled very hard when harnessed at the top of the shoulders. NIkita showed me techniques and harness methods, like an alternative double leashing hook-up to overcome my pup's natural inclination to pull. I'm very appreciative of his commitment to my dog, and his sage advice in adjusting behaviors.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 10 years old. I have a Husky which is 4 and he is my big baby I do tend to treat fur babies as humans which I don’t think is a bad thing! I work with Part-Time i’m at home most of the day so you babies will maybe be alone for a hour maybe two and the most I have a friendly husky which is more of and big cuddler who has never met someone he doesn’t like he goes out on a lead and runs and plays and sits out on the porch on nice days

About: I have taken care of family members and neighbors pets for a little while now and I want to branch out! Dogs are my absolute favorite! I am available anytime on the weekends! About: An animal lover since birth, I have spent my life dedicated to animal welfare. I have volunteered at animal shelters, participated in fostering dogs as part of a rescue group, and follow a plant-based and cruelty-free lifestyle. Off season farming for us is November-April, so we have full availability! April through November availability is limited to repeat clients and as time permits. We have just under 3 acres here for play and walking, plus indoor activities. Our husky is a dog friendly, spayed female and we require your dog to do well with other dogs to be permitted at our home.

About: Hi! My name is Kathryn and I would love to take care of your dog, I have a lot of experience with animals as I volunteered at the local animal shelter for 20+ hours. I’m going to college to enroll in animal science and am leaning towards a career as a veterinarian. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for your dog to run and play. I can give him/her walks 2-3 times a day if needed and can take them on potty breaks as much as needed. About: I’ve helped my neighbor take care of his puppies and dogs for the past three years. Which included walking, feeding, bathing, and cleaning up after. Over this past year I took up dog waking for a dog adoption company. I’m currently working as a tour guide for the summer season. I attend college classes on Monday and Wednesday so I’ll have lots of time for your pups! I have a lots of land and a yard far from the road so I can play with your pup outside!
