About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover and most of my past jobs have involved them in some way! I have been actively looking after cats, dogs, horses and other critters for close to 20 years. I treat every animal and home as if they were my own and have numerous positive experiences from pet owners. If you’re in the Hanover or McSherrystown area and are in need of critter care, please reach out! My work week varies as I currently work four days during the week. The days sometimes differ from one week to the next but I can definitely schedule certain days a week in advance. I am also available late afternoons on the days that I do work. At this time I cannot provide home services at my residence as we rent, not own, and have almost no yard. When pet sitting at a client’s house I respect and follow their rules and needs.

About: Hello, I have been taking care of my own pets all of my life, primarily small breeds. My pets now include, 2 dogs (tea cup Yorkie and mini goldendoodle) a mini lop bunny and chickens. I have also taken care of family and friends pets to include dogs and cats. I am most comfortable with small breeds, but open to larger as long as they are comfortable with me and friendly. My experience also includes medication administration for dogs. I am currently working part time Monday- Friday during the school year (August-May), but my availability for Rover is flexible. About: I've taken care of pets since I was 13/14. I work with dogs on maintaining training and manners. I enjoy taking care and giving cuddles to dogs and cats. I currently work full-time, but am available after generally after 5 pm most weekdays except Thursdays. I am available all day on Fridays for drop-in visits and/or walks. While I am unable to current board pets, I am happy to take care of pets in their own homes. Allowing for plenty of paint time, walks, and love.

About: I own 2 huskies. I've volunteered with a dog rescue for 10 years fostering all types of dogs... 50 of them in fact. My husband and I have firefighter/EMT schedules so we're often home during the day, and handle emergencies well. We have an irregular schedule in my house. You will have to check my calendar for availability. We are often home during the week and daytime. My care for my dogs and foster dogs depend on the dog. My female dog is a princess who sleeps on the couch, but my male needs to be kenneled to keep out of trouble. We have a dog door to allow our dogs freedom to go in and out as they please.

About: I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently unemployed and have most days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any clients schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.

About: I am an emergency nurse 2 days a week and a mom to 2 crazy girls full time. My availability on the weekends can vary because of my nursing job. I’m available early mornings and late evenings if needed, and I have Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8-4:30 wide open! I’ve had a dog my entire life and currently have a 7 year old rescue! I absolutely love dogs and any other animals. I’m looking for another way to make money while doing something I love. I will treat all animals as if they are my own. I would love to be your helping hand in taking care of your fur babies! I cannot wait to get to know you and all of your animals. I work 2 days a week and have 2 small children but I would love to spend my free time caring for your fur babies! I have a dog of my own and love spending my time with him. I love long walks or even just dropping in to ensure your loved ones are fed and comfortable! I am very good with all types of dogs no matter the size! I have personal experience with dogs who are food or toy aggressive so those will not bother me. I am comfortable with crating dogs if needed and doing whatever is needed to keep your animals safe

About: I have experience working as a veterinary technician. This experience gives me the skillls to handle older pets, pets that need medications, and pets that have certain medical needs. I have about four years experience currently with pet sitting and have references if you would like them. Overall, I am pretty flexible with my schedule and am normally available on short notice. Depending on your preference I could take your dogs on walks around your neighborhood or take them to a local trail. It is completely up to you what you would like me to do with your pets. I also offer dog boarding and doggy day care. I do have pets if my own, but have the ability to keep them completely separate. I would love to watch your pets for you! I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time for your pets! This gives me the ability to let your pets out every 2-4 hours and make sure they get plenty of play time! I have a fenced in yard and they get a whole level of the house to themselves! I do have pets of my own, but have the ability to keep them separate if needed. They would get plenty of play time and I can walk them around the neighborhood too!

About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. I also have 4 geckoes (2 leopards, a giant Madagascar day gecko, and my newest boy, a harlequin crested gecko!). I've dog-sat little dogs, big dogs, disabled and elderly dogs, as well as young pups and households with multiple animals! I will give you the best care, whether it be for your pets, home, or more! Right now I work part-time at a bakery on Sundays, and I am also a full-time college student! Thankfully, my schedule is very flexible and my attention will solely be on your furry friends. I always make sure to keep my client's homes clean and organized, and pay special attention to any extra tasks I'm giving, such as watering plants (I have dozens of plant babies!), changing the temperature, emptying dehumidifiers, and retrieving packages. Anything you need, I will do to the best of my abilities! I like to update my clients daily on their pets to ease their mind.

Having husky's, I am very anxious as to who handles them due to their behaviors. They are not bad but can be difficult and escape artists! About: I had a family dog for 10 years, from the time she was 2 until she was 12 so I’ve had experience with young and old dogs, I have also had a few jobs such as a PetSmart employee and an Adams county SPCA employee which gave me great animal care experience, I am also studying Zoo and Wildlife Biology at Liberty University. I am living at home with my parents now, I am finishing my schooling online, so I am home pretty much all day so I will be able to give your pup lots of love and attention :) I will give you dog lots of love and attention while providing them with a safe and comfortable home, my home is very low key, perfect for dogs coming into a new environment, my family loves dogs just as much as me.

About: I have had dogs all my life, cannot get enough of them! I will take pride in caring for your pup during a visit, overnight, or just a walk. I love playing with all kinds of dogs, and just showing them love. I can be very flexible with timing. I would like to meet you and your dog before the sitting or walk, just to get an understanding of how you would want everything to go. I want to get into the pet care atmosphere because I love all dogs, and want to make sure they are always being cared for and getting the exercise they need. I own my own business so for the next couple of months during my slow season I will have time any day of the week to help you get the walk in that your dog needs! I do want to ensure your dog is taken care of exactly how you would take care of them yourself. I would definitely treat your dog as my own and give plenty of love and attention to them during our walk.
