About: Hi! I’m a true cat lover with hands-on experience caring for kittens and adult cats. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, and I always take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. Whether your cat needs playtime, feeding routines, litter box cleaning, or just quiet companionship, I will care for them as if they were my own. Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my top priority. I’m very careful when taking care of pets, and I’m a calm person, so I pass that energy on to the animals as well.

“Emelie was an absolute lifesaver, taking Cody on short notice after another sitter had to cancel. Thankfully it all worked out well. She was extremely easy to connect with, kept us informed and Cody seems to have enjoyed his time w her and Violet. Thanks again Emelie. We’ll be booking again!”

“They were amazing! Very friendly and accomadating for a last minute booking! Sent lots of pictures. Additionally my dog can be anxious (particularly in new situations) and they were not phased at all. Got plenty of pictures of her opened up as well :)”

“Weiyu is a great sitter. Excellent communication and updates. She took great care of my puppy and he had a great time with her adorable mini doxie. Would definitely bring my dog back for another visit !”

About: Hi! I’m a local dog lover in the Bryn Mawr/Main Line area offering dog walking and in-home pet sitting. I am currently focusing on dog walking as I transition and build my business I’m transitioning into retirement, which gives me a flexible schedule and lets me focus on what I enjoy most—spending time with dogs and making sure they feel happy, safe, and cared for while you’re away or busy. I know every dog has their own personality and routine, and I take the time to get to know each one so they feel comfortable with me right away. Light check-ins, feeding, and morning potty breaks or walks for house sitting clients. ⸻ 🌤 Midday My main dog walking window in the Bryn Mawr/Main Line area. Walks are calm, unhurried, and tailored to each dog’s energy level. ⸻ 🌇 Afternoon Drop-in visits or additional walks if needed, plus companionship time for house sitting stays. ⸻ 🌙 Evening Feeding, evening walks, and making sure pets are settled and comfortable for the night. ⸻ Because I’m transitioning into retirement, I’m able to keep my schedule flexible and focus on providing consistent, attentive care without rushing. I take dogs on long walks. I do have a crate in my home, but typically if I am leaving I set up a bed and den like atmosphere in my second floor laundry room which I gate do the dog stays safe. I run an Airbnb in my third floor so while I can watch dogs in my home, in house at the dog’s home is preferable. I am extremely safety conscious and when I have dogs over I try to keep them in my sight at all times. If they love cuddling, they will get tons of cuddles from me
About: I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and relaxed when they’re away from home, so I focus on creating a calm, comfortable, and warm environment tailored to each dog’s personality and routine. I’m especially patient with shy, anxious, or first-time-away pups, giving them gentle reassurance, consistency, and extra attention to help them settle in. I prioritize communication with pet parents, sharing updates and photos so you always feel connected and at ease. Whether your dog loves playtime, snuggles, or quiet company, I’m committed to making their stay stress-free, happy, and filled with care. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I work from home and can be present with your pup throughout the day. I’m able to step away at any time for walks, potty breaks, play, or cuddles, so pets get consistent attention and companionship — not long stretches alone. I build my day around their needs, making sure they feel supported, relaxed, and loved from morning to night. I have a fully fenced-in yard, giving pups a safe space to explore, play, and enjoy fresh air throughout the day. I stay attentive to each pet’s comfort level and personality, whether they need active play, quiet cuddles, or time to settle in at their own pace. My goal is to make their experience relaxed, happy, and as close to home as possible.
“Clarissa is extraordinary! She watched my Bambi girl. I got updates, the cutest photos and videos of Bambi having the most fun. I feel so lucky to have found her and her family for dog care. All the dogs are treated like their own, like family! She has a huge, secure fenced in yard, a doggie door where the dogs are free to go in and out as they please, and a HUGE heart for all the dogs under her care. I really can’t say enough about Clarissa and her family! When it came time to pick up Bambi, she didn’t want to leave! That says it all!!!”

About: I have dogsitted for plenty of years, mainly older dogs but I have worked with puppies before. I grew up with dogs in my house and still currently have one back at my home in Philly. I always help with taking care of him. I am currently in college and I am looking to make some money and do something I love at the same time. I have a pretty open schedule this semester. I live in an apartment building currently that allows dogs so I could bring a dog home but I would prefer to not. I am willing to do whatever is easiest though.
“We booked Alessandra to watch Ruby three days in a row during the workday, and she truly treated Ruby like one of the family. Where Ruby had previously displayed some anxiety when we left her with others, she was more than happy to spend time at Alessandra's. On top of that Alessandra shared plenty of photos and videos throughout the days that put my mind at ease that Ruby was doing just fine. She also worked with our timing needs. Would absolutely rebook!”

“Blitz had a wonderful time with Melissa and Cody! He had a full day of play which makes him a happy dog:) He loves the time in their fenced in yard to play with others but also the down time napping in a comfortable spot. We will definitely use them again”

“Hollie was great with my cavapoo puppy! Admittedly, I was nervous dropping him off since he is so young, but Holly assured me and was so responsive to me and proactive with pics and updates. New doggie mom here so I am learning too lol”

“Dante was Great. This was Bubba's first time being babysat by someone that him and I didn't know. Dante kept me updated on Bubba's progress throughout the day which gave me relief because I was just as nervous as Bub. He's very pleasant, excellent in communication, and l can tell that he genuinely love dogs.”

Echo Valley dog parents share their Rover experiences
Gunnar was wonderful with my beagle, Winston. Winston is an older dog with pretty bad anxiety, but Gunnar handled him with such calmness and care. He sent me a few pictures—one of Winston asleep in his bed and another relaxing on the couch—which let me know Winston felt safe and at ease. Gunnar is also great with my cat, Charlie. Normally, Charlie hides from anyone new, but within five minutes, he was rubbing up against Gunnar’s leg! It was clear that both of my pets felt comfortable and happy in his care. Gunnar is always on time and keeps me updated on my babies. I definitely trust him and will continue to use him!
