About: I love all animals, big and small. I have had the opportunity to raise various pets since I was a little girl. I have owned and taken care of birds, fish, guinea pigs, gerbles, pot bellie pigs, ferrets, cats and dog breeds ranging from poodles to over 200lbs. I have experience in all pet care needs, including giving medication to the most stubborn. I am reliable, knowledgeable, and able to handle any situation that may arise while watching your beloved furry family member. I'm currently working full time Monday-Friday 7:00 AM -4:30 PM. The best time for me to care for your pet would be evenings or weekends. I care for pets in your home by caring for there individual needs. Taking them out for potty breaks, playing with them or simply letting them cuddle depending on there needs and likes. I can also help work with them on tricks and basic obedience. I believe each pet has there own needs, routine, likes and dislikes. I am willing to be flexible to meet there needs as well as yours.
About: As you read through my current 5 star reviews they are all from years ago when I was a homeowner in Washington State. My son and I now live here and still want to spend time caring for animals. Currently we have one pet of our own, Bob, who is a cat. We love caring for many animals, but our busy schedule makes it impossible to be dog owners at this time. Caring for others pets they love is fulfilling, fun, and great for my son to experience as he loves animals very much. I have both owned, rescued, and cared for pets and animals of all kinds my entire life. I'm comfortable caring for pets of all ages and with administering medication when needed, as well. Very well as I only open my schedule during times that work for me. I am mindful of others pets as if they were my own. I am not currently offering in home services (at my home). I can come to your home and watch your pet babies. How I do that is dictated by the owner. Your pet being comfortable in their own home while you're away means consistency in what they are used to.
“Where do I start 😀 Rod did 2 meet and greets prior to my leaving for vacation which made me know he wanted to be right on spot double checking responsibilities for Kacey Mocha, and to get to know her disposition. Not only was he the kindest, most respectful and responsible petsitter for Kacey, he helped me with support as this was my first time being separated from her and I was quite nervous/sad. Daily texts and photos, face time, and coming home to a very clean house was a bonus! The most important thing is- Rod gave 100% attention and care to Kacey Mocha and expressed how much fun he had with her. And my stepdad would visit Kacey Mocha a couple times while Rod was here and he called me to tell me what an enjoyable time he had talking with Rod while they played with her and I had nothing to worry about with Rod caring for her. About: I have had pets growing up including Cats and Dogs. I currently have two cats and am the go to cat and dog sitter in the friend group! Arika is a professional and wonderful pet sitter. I have a senior dog with several health issues and a cat with a cat personality, and Arika took excellent care of both of them while I was out of town. She sent me plenty of photos and updates and left my apartment very clean. Most importantly, my pets were in caring and very capable hands. I am thankful to have found Arika for pet sitting needs.
I appreciate Ryan, excellent care of our 2 girls; Rhylee and Bailey got their daily walks, I prefer having them taken care of in our home with over 4 acres to run, their own kennel outside, their own room for their beds and feeding area. We have never felt so comfortable knowing our animals were getting love and attention while we were away. She sent us photos and very frequently so we knew we didn’t have to worry about them. She was able to give my dogs and cats meds like a pro. When we came home our house was clean like no one was ever there. I would highly recommend her to take care of your fur babies.

She was very communicative about my two shy cats and made sure that they were well taken care of while also giving them their distance and letting them warm up to her. Kristen was a lifesaver for my household when I had to extend my trip due to a family emergency. She didn’t hesitate to continue house-sitting since it worked for her schedule. I was able to easily focus on my family knowing that my two cats were safe and comfortable in Kristen’s capable care.
