“Amazing Dog Sitter – Highly Recommend! John and his wife were absolute lifesavers! They took in my dog on short notice, and from the start, I could tell they truly care about the dogs they watch. John asked all the right questions before booking, which immediately put me at ease—he clearly has that "dog dad" mentality! My dog stayed with them for six days, and they sent daily updates and pictures, which I really appreciated. He’s an older, grumpy guy who doesn’t warm up to just anyone, but to my surprise, he was comfortable with them from the very first night. It was such a relief, especially since he’s had bad experiences with boarding in the past. I was hesitant about boarding again because of that reason, but I’m so glad I found John. This will definitely be our go-to boarding option from now on! If you need a trustworthy, caring dog sitter, I highly recommend them. 🐶❤️”

“From the moment I arrive to drop off Charly (my dog) Blanca was very welcoming and comforting to myself and Charly. She’s very respectful and thoughtful when asking and answering question about [your] dog’s care and needs. She sends frequent updates with picture and videos just so you can see how your pup is doing. To add to that her house itself is a dogs dream. She has a front and back yard that’s completely sealed off so the dogs have all the room and freedom to move like a dog in his natural freedom. She will definitely be my go to recurring dog sitter and I’d recommend her to anyone.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter than Bin! He took amazing care of our Butter for 10 days while we were away. Bin went above and beyond—he walked Butter more than three times a day, and every time we checked in, she looked happy, well-fed, and full of energy. What really stood out was how detail-oriented and loving Bin was. He kept us updated regularly with photos and notes, and it was clear that Butter was in great hands. She also made a new friend—Bin’s sweet dog Angel—and we could tell she genuinely enjoyed the companionship. When we returned, Butter was calm, healthy, and clearly had a great time. She was really attentive to our instructions and took the time to chat with us before our boarding stay to ensure that we were comfortable and that she understood the quirks of caring for our senior dog. She sent us lots of photos everyday so we were able to see that our pup was being well cared for. We would definitely rebook with Jeimy again!”

“Annette is truly amazing. It was my first time using Rover and I wasn't sure how my Buttercup (chihuahua/dachshund) would react to being left with a stranger. Annette was within close proximity and was available to meet and greet the same day. I had to go out of town on business and needed someone fast, but I needed someone who I could trust my baby with but more importantly I needed someone with love, patience, time & a deep understanding of dog behavior and language. I found all this and more in Annette. Buttercup stayed with Annette for 3 days, and throughout those 3 days I received picture updates and I'll share them here as well, and you can see the transformation from terrified to smiling. I will only book Annette on Rover and if she's not available, I'll reschedule my plans until she is available because the comfort of knowing my dog couldn't be safer is worth waiting for. “I’m going to leave a rather lengthy review. I feel it’s important and necessary in order to accurately portray the anxiety and fear both myself and my pet had prior to our trip, why I felt like I had and then follow it up with just how wonderful the experience with Michelle turned out to for both myself and Lily (my furbaby). I was extremely anxious and hesitant in leaving my dog in someone else’s care. The quick “back story” as to why is that I’ve I NEVER left my pet in anyone else’s care (other than my son or husband) due to the circumstances in which we acquired her. Lily was abused and severally neglected, passed from owner to owner, multiple times within her 1st year as a pup. So Lily’s anxieties and fears of abandonment are on a rather high level, which in-turn only exacerbates mine. Lily is now about 6-years old and she is extremely weary of strangers and she HATES riding in the car (no matter time or distance). Our family was taking a trip to Anaheim from the Central Valley (about 5-6 hours in the car) for a five day stay. It was necessary to find someone to who could provide adequate care for Lily during the day, each day during our visit. Someone willing and able to work with our schedule, early drop-off and late pick-up but not just anyone…. Someone who would be patient, caring and nurturing to Lily while we were busy during the day. Michelle agreed to meet with us the day before in order to allow Lily to become familiar with her (as well as us with her too). We didn’t want Lily to feel as if she was being abandoned yet again. Michelle was absolutely an angel with putting me at ease prior to our “meet and greet” and upon meeting she had Lily warmed up to her so quickly. I’m a firm believer that pets, animals in general, can sense the goodness in humans and they’ll let you know rather quickly if a person doesn’t “check out”. Michelle is truly one of a kind, she is so good with anxious pets “and people too” 😁 Each day, during the stay, Michelle sent updates of Lily’s adaptiveness, videos and pictures providing both me and my husband ease of mind throughout the day. Which was something I really needed and provided me great comfort. To any future, potential “customers”, you need not look any further if you’re needing to entrust someone with your precious pet. Our pets are our family and we love them as such. You want the best for them, to feel safe and loved when they are not in our care. Michelle provides exactly that. "Thank You", is not sufficient in expressing our appreciation. Michelle you and your husband have kind, loving and caring souls... we are grateful to have met you and happy to know you. “Elizabeth was great with our three dogs! We needed a place to keep them overnight and her home was great. She had a good sized yard with a nice covered area to protect our dogs from the elements. It was raining so that was a nice thing to have. They are outdoor dogs but she was sure to give them lots of attention and made sure they were comfortable outside. Before handing them over she cleaned up their mud and dried them up for us. Extremely responsive and provided many updates throughout their stay.”
