“I highly recommend Sierra to anyone. Sierra not only watched our 2 dogs and 2 cats for 4 nights but she stayed in our home during this time and helped feed fish in our koi pond, she watered my plants to make sure they survived the July heat, and brought in our mail. We agreed to allow her to bring her dog, Opal, who got along great with all of our pets. Opal is a sweet girl and we would welcome her any time. Our dogs enjoyed her company and miss her since she left! I know how difficult it can be to trust someone to stay in your home & care for your pets but I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Sierra and I plan to use her again soon!”

“Lisana was great my pups were happy, well taken care of and my apt was tidy when we got back! She communicated daily and sent update pictures which I loved. Would definitely book again!”

“Bailee was super responsive and informative during her visits with my dogs. Appreciated all her updates and pictures during my week away from home! Would highly recommend her for your fur babies needs.”

“I'm so glad I found Nev for a last minute trip. They were so thorough during our meet and greet, and my shy cat Yuki took to them immediately. I felt so secure, knowing they were with my babies all weekend! I can't wait to book them again.”

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats and have developed the deep love and understanding of pet care. I have learned how to recognize the subtle signs of an animals needs, which help me provide the best care possible. I understand how important it is for pet owners to know that their pets are in safe hands, which is why I always communicate regularly and provide updates. You can always count on me to show up and provide a nurturing environment. I am excited to extend care and attention to other furry friends! I am currently a student at the University of The Incarnate Word. I am typically available from 12 to 6 pm however, could also do very early in the morning. When I am caring for pets in a client’s home my priority is to create a safe, comfortable and trusting environment. I follow any specific instructions from the pet owner regarding food, exercise, and behavior, maintaining consistency to reduce any anxiety. I will always make sure that the pet has access to freshwater and plenty of affection. I focus on maintaining a calm and protective environment so both the pet and owner feel at ease knowing they are in trustworthy hands.

“Excellent care as always! Jared truly went above and beyond to spend extra time with our dog while we were away all week. He sent so many pictures and I felt so at ease knowing he was there with him.”

“I was So STREESED! I hired a sitter from Care.com months in advance, the day before I requested a visit so my dogs could met her, she was a no show, and then canceled, I hired two more one canceled the other no communication the day of the service. I Googled & found Rover, requested a shortened getaway as I lost a day and was thankful Jorge agreed to sit. Finally. stress gone. Everything exceeded expectations. Punctual with schedule given to him, updates provided, even with video if needed. Came home and everything was as if I never left. I Highly Recommend.”

“Christopher stepped in at the last minute when my usual sitter cancelled, and absolutely saved the day! He was thorough, professional, asked insightful questions, and ensured I came home to two very happy cats! A true life saver”

“We’ve used stefanie several times now. We’re very happy with her. We can tell she loves our doggies as she takes such great care of them. She is a great communicator and also is very timely. She also sends us pictures during the stays too.”

About: I have a genuine connection to animals and care deeply for them. In my own home I care for a senior dog and two bunnies. I always give my animals my first and my best. My schedule is flexible as I prepare for graduate school. My goal is to make some connections with families that need additional pet care that I can work my schedule around to accommodate theirs. In my client's home I will be sure to understand and fulfill all of the specific expectations they have for their pets. I will provide love, comfort and a safe environment for any and all pets. While you are away, at work or just need a little extra support I will make sure your sweet pet feels all the love they are missing.

“Miguel is just the best! He takes such good care of my dog go, and sends updates and pictures throughout the day. He is very accommodating to my long hours. My dog is always so happy after his days with Miguel.”

“Bella and Boomer were so well cared for! They enjoyed walks and treats and plenty of love and attention. We’ll definitely have Odalys back to housesit and petsit at our next trip away!”

“Ciria was amazing with our puppy. She sent us updates frequently and asked questions before giving her anything. Ciria was super sweet and 100% recommend her to take care of your fur babies.”

About: As someone who grew up with dogs, I know they all have their own personalities. I am looking forward to walking, feeding, and taking care of your pups! With two cats of my own, I know that they have their routines. I am happy to accommodate your cats however I can. Since I work from home, my schedule is flexible to feed and hang out with them on their time! For boarding, I have a separate casita for your cat(s)! They will have it to themselves, with their own separate litterbox and window to look out of onto my back deck. They will also get lots of play time and attention to make sure they aren't lonely :)

“Sarah was incredible! We received frequent updates with photos and she even went above and beyond to sweep, mop and wash the items that she used during her stay. Our senior doggo Jay got his walks, food, water, cuddles and most importantly attention that he is so used to when we wind down each evening. I must say, this was our first overnight booking with Rover and Sarah helped make it a VERY positive experience. We will certainly be hosting overnight Rover stays again, specifically with Sarah because it went so well and allowed us comfort and confidence in both our dog and home during our time away. Book Sarah!!”

About: A new chapter has me working from home full-time — and I’m so excited to open my home again! I’d love to care for your pup while you’re away, offering cuddles, calm vibes, and a cozy space shared with my two small resident dogs. 🐾 Meet the Crew: Iggy is my 13-year-old tripod and self-appointed commander-in-chief. He mostly keeps to his cozy corner, supervising the house and making sure playtime doesn’t get out of hand. Dolly is my 4-year-old shadow. She’s a little shy at first but warms up quickly. If your pup wants to play, she’s in — but she’s just as happy to nap nearby and match their energy. 💛 My Experience: I fostered dogs for over seven years — from tiny puppies to more sensitive or reactive rescues. That variety helped me get really good at reading dog dynamics, adjusting space, and creating a low-stress, respectful environment for everyone involved. 🏡 My Setup: Pups have free roam of the living room and kitchen (with lots of nap spots — doggy couch included!) I use baby gates and barriers to create calm zones or give dogs space when needed If I step out briefly, I can crate your pup if you prefer — or I can safely separate mine in the bedroom and give yours the run of the main space I rotate rest time so every pup gets solo downtime when needed — it’s always about keeping things calm and dog-centered We also have a medium-large backyard (fully fenced, about 20 yards long), no cats or kids, and lots of cozy options for sleep and chill time. Whether your pup is a cuddlebug, a watcher, or a play-in-the-yard type, I’ll follow their lead and make sure they feel safe, seen, and cared for. I currently work fully remote and am home all day — your dog will never be alone for long stretches. My own pups are a huge part of my life (they probably eat better than I do), and I deeply believe dogs rely on us for reassurance, love, and care. I do everything I can to live up to that, every single day. During my break from Rover, I continued fostering — over 100 puppies in the last few years. At the time, I was still going into the office, which wasn’t ideal, but it was still better than them staying at risk in the shelter. That chapter taught me so much about different temperaments, special needs, and how to create an environment where dogs feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for — even when it’s not their usual home. Safety and trust are everything in my home. I don’t take guest pups on walks — my neighborhood occasionally has loose dogs, and I’d rather eliminate that risk altogether. Instead, all outdoor time happens in my fully fenced backyard, and I’m always outside supervising. My immediate neighbors don’t have dogs, so there’s no fence-line tension — just the occasional curious cat that might cause a short ruckus. Indoors, I keep the environment clean, calm, and free of hazards, with soft barriers and rest zones to help everyone feel safe and settled. I also regularly review the Red Cross Pet First Aid app to stay up to date on emergency protocols like choking or injury. Your pup’s comfort and safety are never left to chance — they’re at the center of everything I do.

“Nellii was amazing. If you need anyone to take care of your pups you need to choose her. Unfortunately several things went wrong while I was away and she tackled them for me like a champ. I will continue to be requesting her assistance when I'm out of town.”
