She answered all my questions before the day, and answered so promptly too. Maddy and Lori's dog Rees were very compatible, even though Rees is much bigger than Maddy. When I came to pick up my dog, Lori said Maddy missed me and was a bit subdued, but that's to be expected for the first time. Maddy was perfectly fine, and happy to see me when I came to pick her up. I was so nervous as this was my first time using Rover and I was unsure about the legitimacy, but Kaitlyn had great reviews and went above and beyond to make Apollo feel welcomed in her home and. She stuck to his feeding and training plan, tuckered him out with tons of play and made sure to update me with adorable pictures throughout the day! If you have a chance to book with her I would say absolutely do it, I would trust her with a human child!!”
