She and her house are well-suited for a little dog visitor. She has a nice, fenced-in yard. Her couch is a cozy spot for napping, snuggling and looking out the window. Brigid stayed in touch with us leading up to our trip and while we were away. It was so fun for us to hear and see pictures of how Brigid and Roscoe were spending their time. About: I’ve taken care of many pets in my life as I used to live on a farm growing up. I treat them all as if they’re my kids. I have a part time job as a nurse at a nursing home and I have two children in the home but over the ages of 15, other than that I have no young kids or other pets. I will make sure that your pet is given attention and love. My work day hours are from 8-3. I am a middle school Science teacher. Currently, I am available after 3:00pm and on weekends but at the end of June, I will be available anytime during the day. I have July and August off. I will make sure that your pet is safe at all times. I have two dogs of my own, so I would prefer to only care for pets at the clients home. I currently do drop in visits for one client and I always send her pictures and at least two videos during my drop in visit.

He can definitely be a handful at times, but she handled him with confidence and care for all 5 nights he stayed with her. She took him on long daily walks (which he really needs to burn off energy and stay calm), and it made such a difference. Amanda was extremely responsive and sent daily pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she watches. “Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. I know that she was truly in the best hands, and the first host falling through was a blessing in disguise. I would definitely book with her again!”
