Jordan was just that. She was easy to communicate with a responsive during Rosie’s entire stay, talking me through what she was up to and sending pictures and videos as well. Jordan even went above and beyond by introducing Rosie to her wonderfully well behaved and trained dog. Rosie can be unpredictable with other dogs, but She got along just fine with Jordan’s Shepard. About: As an experienced dog foster, I have cared for more than 25 dogs of all ages, from newborn puppies to senior dogs, representing a wide variety of breeds and sizes. In addition, I was the proud owner of four dogs who each lived long, happy lives and reached their senior years before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the important role pets play as beloved members of the family. As a school teacher, I enjoy a very flexible schedule during the summer months and would love the opportunity to support families who need a safe, loving temporary home for their four-legged companions. Whether your pet needs overnight care, companionship during the day, or some extra exercise and attention, I am committed to providing the same level of care and affection that I would give my own dogs. As a teacher, I am currently on summer break, so I have availability daily throughout the week for play sessions and dog walks. I am also available for multi-night lodging. When you’re here, you’re family. Any animal under my care will be treated as one of my own. But with me, you get a whole family who are all trained in caring for dogs and cats, as each member of the household has been involved with fostering pups and raising kitties. The second floor of the house is separated by a door at the top of the stairs to allow separation between feline and canine friends if needed. Daily photos and FaceTime are available. We have multiple-sized dog crates if crating is requested. Although we may be new faces to your four legged companions, we will try to keep consistency in the rules you have at your home. If they are allowed on your couch, then they will be here. Feeding schedule will be dictated by how they ate at home. Walks will be frequent and there is a huge box of dog toys and cat toys to keep them entertained.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine to reduce stress. I follow feeding schedules carefully, reinforce any existing training or boundaries, and ensure water, litter boxes, and living areas remain clean and organized. For dogs, I tailor walks and exercise to their energy level while maintaining safe leash handling and awareness of surroundings. For cats, I focus on calm interaction, litter maintenance, enrichment, and respecting their comfort level. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own — locking doors securely, communicating clearly, and providing updates with photos when appropriate.
