About: I have taken care of dogs, ranging from pitbull mixes to mini schnauzers. I love dogs of all sizes, both for at home stays and just for checking in every few hours for some food, playtime, and company. I also have many years of experience with taking care of cats, whether they are shy and want nothing to do with me, or are very active play friends. I have cleaned up messes and comforted animals during thunderstorms. I have about seven years of experience. I am currently in my final semester of college and only go to class on Mondays and Wednesdays. The rest of my days are free for any and all pet care! I am comfortable staying overnight and checking in with them as many times as I need to throughout the day. I have stayed in client's homes before and have always left it cleaner than they left it. I have followed many doggy diets, including strange requests and many medicinal needs. My main focus is to help the animal be as comfortable as possible while their owner is away.
“I was very hesitant to try Rover again since I had a bad experience last time. However, I’m so glad I tried again. I read profiles and reviews extensively. Brittany sounded like a great fit. She did an amazing job, sent me updates daily with plenty of photos. My cats are pretty easy since they hide most of the time. I felt reassured that they were being taken care of properly and safely. When I got home, their boxes were clean, food bowls full of food (not cat treats like last time) and fountain was topped off. Last time I came home their fountain was bone dry and they had flipped it over trying to find water. So you can imagine my reservations. There are not enough good things I can say about Savannah. Truly. She took amazing care of mine and my wife's 3 cats. After having back-to-back issues with 2 different sitters from Rover, it's amazing to know there are those that do actually care, and take what they do seriously. She went above and beyond for things that were never asked, or even expected. She was caring, respectful, and most importantly, understands cats, because she has 1 of her own. Our 3 cats are boys, and are all black. That's a challenge within itself. We left clear easy to follow instructions, and she took them and ran with it. Our cats trusted her early on, they didn't really hide the first time she came over, and that speaks volumes on its own. We will absolutely rebook her for the future.
